After a long drive (7 hrs plus), then to a funeral service, I was exhausted. The Hampton Inn Union City was the best hotel I've ever been to. Very polite and helpful staff, room was excellent, and breakfast was great. I received the much needed rest to start my next day travel.

We have stayed in many hotels, this one is exceptional. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, rooms are wonderful. Well worth the money, nice job folks.

Nope not this one. This Hampton Inn is an old building with dated furniture. The staff was indifferent. The breakfast was below average. Next door is a Holiday Inn Express and the shared parking lot is full of construction containers and parking spots are corded off. There's very very very limited parking for the Hampton Inn guests. Look elsewhere.

Room was clean and updated. Loved the Casper nightlight in the bathroom (we ordered one for our house). Loved that we could use our apps to stream our favorite shows. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants. Dog friendly.

this is our third time staying at this hotel we love this hotel we love the staff the service. The beds is clean this atmosphere atmosphere convenience, convenience, the location, and most of all the general manager, Mr. Suja mumtaz
our family highly recommend this hotel for those in Union City California. Breakfast is the best. It may sound like a typical hotel breakfast but it's beyond that to me that is will give them five stars.

We stayed here because it was an in between spot for the places we were visiting (San Fran and Oakland). We felt safe in this area and there is also a shopping center close by. The room we got wasn't sound proof and were woken up every morning (for 4 nights) at 415am by the trash truck backing up into the garbage bins of the business behind the hotel. That made the stay unpleasant and inconvenient. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. When the Crowdstrike outage caused my flight to be canceled, I found myself in need of a hotel at 3:30 in the morning. The staff was so welcoming and showed great compassion in an emergency situation. They allowed me to check out late so I could get some sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

I had a nice 3 night stay here. I had to check in right before midnight, and the young man working the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean (some noise from the neighboring facilities but not too bad). AC/heat and shower worked great. The breakfast was nice with good variety, even for those of us with food allergies. The gym was clean and well stocked with sanitizing wipes and water. My only complaint is that if you get back to the hotel late, the parking spaces can be hard to find, and the spaces are quite tight as well. Otherwise, everything was great.
