We recently were in the area for a family funeral and had made a last minute decision to stay the night due to a snow storm that was falling upon Arkansas (the direction we needed to drive). We had some booking issues online due to my own stupidity and emotional state following the funeral. I walked into the lobby of the hotel and the staff members were so sweet and kind. They helped me calm myself and got us set for the evening in a room. I explained that we were in town for a funeral and they made a modification to our reservation to provide a bereavement/funeral discount. I was not expecting a discount and this was incredibly sweet that the staff provided this for us, especially since it was a last minute decision to stay overnight.||Once we got to our room, we were amazed at how modern the room was and how clean it was! It was immaculate! We settled in as a light snowfall began and we were very comfortable. At 8pm we went downstairs to the lobby when they began serving warm cookies and milk (coffee and tea are always available too). ||The next morning we had breakfast and once again encountered such friendly staff members! I had biscuits and gravy and my spouse had eggs, sausage, and toast. The property has waffle makers, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. - it was a large variety of the the usuals that we often find at Hampton Inns, and nicely stocked/replenished.||Due to the heavy snowfall overnight, we decided to head up the hill to the auto store to get some windshield wiper fluid and to stop in Walgreens - so conveniently located nearby! When we came back to the hotel, the staff was mopping the back entry door area to ensure guests had a safe, dry path.||I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel and we will definitely consider staying here again when we visit STL!

Great service, the staff is very nice. Unfortunately the walls are very thin though! The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. The bathrooms are spacious too. The cookies were nice and the hotel grounds are nice. But the thin walls make it really hard for kids to go to sleep at night and unfortunately a huge downfall.

The staff was so insanely friendly, with the exception of one crabby worker. Rooms were spotless, renovated and very spacious. The sheets were soft and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with options, but be careful-- my son burned his hand really bad on the waffle iron in the kitchen. I'd avoid those machines, they overheat really bad. The hotel is in walking distance to Popeye's, and we enjoyed the various amenities the hotel had to offer.

Had a great experience during our stay at this Hampton Inn. The location was close to what we needed (White Castle). The room was large and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very professional and very attentive. The morning breakfast provided a great start to the day. Brandy and Isabella did an amazing job with guest service and went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Next time we are going through St. Louis this will be our hotel of choice.

Check in was easy as always, food breakfast was the typical cheap hotel fair, with no vegan options like the Marriott. |The room was clean staff friendly. Still after multiple stays they have few available luggage carts and only one working elevator going on almost two years now. When teenagers and children are allowed to run wild due to permissive parenting getting an elevator and luggage cart can take upwards of 30 min at check in/out.

We stayed at this particular Hampton Inn almost ten years ago and it was fine. So, we booked it again on a bit of a last minute trip to the area. We picked this particular location because it was in the area where we needed to be. I booked online with no problem.||The front desk staff was friendly and really helped me out. They asked why we were visiting the area and we told them for someone's memorial service. They immediately said that they have a bereavement rate. That took over $100 off our total bill. The staff in in the breakfast area were also very friendly and helpful.||The room is your typical mid level hotel room. Everything was clean. The website said the hotel had been recently remodeled and we figured that would mean fairly new surroundings and beds. However, the beds were a big issue for both myself and my adult son. Both beds were hard. We both tossed and turned at night and were aching in the mornings.||Other than that, everything was terrific. We'd return to the hotel if we needed to be in that same area again.

An insanely good experience. Staff members and manager were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful when we had a minor issue. Rooms were impeccably clean, breakfast was decent, lots of amenities. Everything was newer and in good shape. Linens were nice too. We’d definitely come back!

Great service and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Loved the personal attention and the hot cookies and milk served by staff at 8pm. Room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Convenient to the interstate and local restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay here again - worth the money
