Really nice hotel. Right off Insterstate 270. No clock, Suggesting they add clocks to the rooms so we know what time it is, very close to several restaurants, Try the barbecue place near by, it's terrific. Free breakfast. Comfortable beds and nice and welcoming staff. Very quiet as well. Go on a Sunday when hotel is empty and cheaper rates. They were able to change our reservation when we had to move it up a day. Only complaint, stains on my carpet. Please put a channel guide near TV so we know what the local channels are. This would make it much easier instead of flipping channels to find your designated channel. In room.211, handle of sink needs repair.. Provide bath mats for bathroom tub, for safety purposes. This is a danger for older guests.

Stay ANY where else.

Where do I start? The literal hole in the wall, the horrible scratchy towels, the only seating option being a broken office chair?
How about the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had the displeasure of using?
We checked the accommodations, our room was supposed to have a lounge chair and ottoman -- it didn't.
The staff was professional and nice, and that fridge worked.

We got a hotel room so we had a comfortable place to rest over night.
What we got was no comfort, and no sleep.
Seriously, save yourself the back ache and stay somewhere else.

The shower wasn't clean. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The bed had a big dent in the middle of it. And.the hotel was very noisey. Kids running through the hotel in out the rooms slamming the doors and the adults thought it was a good idea to have a reunion in the hallway this was all evening time. I couldn't get any sleep.

one of the worst Hampton inn ever and feels like doesnt meet the Hilton standard. the room is dated. felt like they didn't change to the new sheet. sheet wasnt not properly tucked in. not sure even if they have quality check on their rooms. found hairs all over the tub that was discussing. faucet not working. bathroom door wont close properly. room 308 so had to request to change the room. the other room was ok but exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. this hotel is a whole mess. I would stay out of it if possible.

Worst Hampton Inn i have been too. The room is dated and dirty. Felt like the sheet hasn't been changed and wasn't not even properly tucked in when we checked it. Found hair in the bathtub, faucet not working properly. bathroom door wont close properly.

I stayed at a Hampton Inn once before, and it was the single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had out of hundreds.
This time due to an unforeseen trip this was the only hotel that met my needs. I was hopeful this would be a better experience, however, I’ve learned that the standard of Hampton Inn to lie about appliances that will be in the room, and to mislead you on the functionality of their pool room services. I don’t normally talk about hotels to friends and family, however, I will be going out of my way from here on out to discourage as many people as possible from wasting their money at Hilton hotels

We normally love staying at Hampton Inns, until our stay at the Glen Carbon location. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from the brand. The room was not properly cleaned, and the refrigerator door was unable to close due to significant ice buildup in the freezer and the food from the previous visit was still in there. Additionally, I noticed that there was a disturbance occurring in a nearby room, which added to the overall discomfort during our stay.
On a positive note, I would like to commend the maintenance staff, who promptly replaced the refrigerator and were very courteous throughout the process. Additionally, the young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful; however, I must mention that her relief, unfortunately, did not provide the same level of service.

My stay at the Hampton is always a good experience! Clean rooms, nice staff. Especially McKenzie at the front desk. However there is a manager there that the last few times I have stayed I’ve noticed she is SUPER unprofessional! I have witnessed her yelling at employees, also heard her talking bad about one employee to another employee. Not sure of her name but I think it’s Sintay?! Honestly I don’t feel this woman is qualified to even be a manager after I’ve seen her behavior, everything else about the hotel is awesome though!
