Highly recommend. We stayed here on our return from SoCal to Seattle. Nice sized and quiet room with comfortable beds. Easy access off the freeway with decent complimentary breakfast buffet. Tanya at the front desk was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. A bonus for us was Elk Grove Tire Repair which is right next door and were able to fix our leaking tire 🙂

I stayed at this Hilton location for a few days and had a decently positive experience. When I arrived to check in, I had to wait awhile to be helped. The showers were also a little dated and the tub wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. That being said, all staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and I had plenty of towels. Would recommend and stay again. 🙂

I arrived late at night due to a flight delay and found no one at the front desk upon my arrival. I took a seat to wait patiently, and eventually, a staff member, who appeared to be a light-skinned man with a bald head and glasses, came over to the area. Instead of acknowledging my presence, he glanced at me and began wiping the counter without greeting me at all.

After a minute of being ignored, I inquired about checking into my room. He responded curtly, stating, “I’m working but I’m the only one here so I’m not by the front desk.” Still no greeting. This lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome. Throughout my stay, I noticed that no one at the front desk greeted me during my comings and goings. It was only during checkout that I encountered Tania, who was exceptionally kind. She greeted me warmly, offered me water, and expressed concern about my experience.

While I appreciated the quality of the room and found my stay to be quiet and convenient, the overall lack of hospitality left a negative impression. Given the $600 cost of my stay, I expected a more welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider staying at this hotel in the future.

This was a disappointing stay and not up to par with the other Hampton’s we’ve previously stayed at. It need some updating but the biggest problem was the lack of attention to detail and very cheap amenities. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was dirty and I had to go get it swapped. No rod to hang clothes in closet. No sheets for pull out bed it in the room so I had to go downstairs late at night again. The pull out mattress needs to be replaced bc the springs are prominent and hurt my back. The breakfast was clearly cheaply stocked and they always ran out of yogurt and hard boiled eggs, the 2 best things they offer. One day there were no forks and we had to eat sausage and eggs with spoons. The syrup was very cheap quality and the kitchen staff was not the warmest. The upside is that the front desk staff was very kind.

I have stayed here many times and it has been decent. It’s not a luxury hotel but the rooms have always been clean. The staff are very courteous and have great customer service skills namely Solomon, Uday and Farida. They always provide me with bottled water and snacks. I have also stayed at the newly remodeled Holiday Inn express, it was very nice, and way more expensive, but the customer service sucked and the pet fee was too high, I won’t go back there. However I will return to Hampton inn Elk Grove where a warm welcome is delivered with genuine kindness.

Honestly service is great. But the condition of the hotel is awful. Definitely not Hilton quality. I expected to come to this hotel and get a good nights sleep but the event happening next-door literally kept me up all night until 2 o'clock in the morning with the bass and the music you can hear and feel in the hotel room. It is unbelievable. In addition, I could hear full conversations from other guests in our room, especially in the bathroom through the vents.i could hear people walking above us and talking all night. The condition of this hotel does not provide relaxing Night sleep. The furnishings are dated with a musty smell. Not worth any amount of money. I travel extensively and never leave reviews. I felt compelled to do so as this place needs to think about it’s reinvestment. Truly would never come back.

Review: Disheartening Experience at Hampton Inn

I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn that was a huge letdown. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by how dirty everything was the bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting . The floors were grimy, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It felt less like a reputable hotel and more like a rundown motel.

The issues didn’t stop there. My room was dusty, with a layer of grime on the surfaces that made me question the overall cleanliness. Even the microwave looked neglected, with old stains that clearly hadn’t been addressed. It’s disappointing to see a brand associated with Hilton allow such a lack of upkeep.

For a hotel that should prioritize cleanliness and comfort, this experience was unacceptable. I expected much more from a Hampton Inn, and it’s sad to see that they’re not maintaining their standards. I won’t be returning, and I urge others to consider alternative accommodations.

and if the manager is going to reply with a i am sorry please don't. Do your job make sure you prioritize cleanliness make sure you are on top of your staff and inspect the rooms its unacceptable that guest are paying good money to sleep comfortably and in cleanliness. Corporate will definitely be notified because this is unacceptable if i wanted to pay less i would of gone to a motel.

Staff was very friendly but room is old and everything has signs of wear. It seems ok cleanliness wise but could be better. No way to turn on the fan in the bathroom. There is an inch gap under the door I had to shove a towel into to try to stop some light and sound coming in. It's also very loud. I can hear every bump and bang happening in the hall and the room above me. I can hear their conversation as well. This is truly awful I would have rather slept in my car.
