Everything is good especially the front desk staff Josh is very helpful to resolve our booking issue; however, the wall is too thin and the soundproof is none, we were woken up by next door's TV at 1am, it's like they were watching the TV just above my head.

We were greeted at the front desk late at night by Isaiah, very professional, courteous gentleman, helped us get into out room quick after a long trip, if management is reading this, GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, he made our check in a smooth sail you need more employees like him cool dude.
Room was very clean as the property overall beds al comfortable if i pass thru here again ill be back!

The toilet was clogged from the moment we got there. Asked for assistance and they brought us a plunger covered in poo wrapped in a plastic bag. Everything else was bleh. Bed was awful, breakfast unappetizing, overall miserable stay.

Would like to recognize the staff here first and foremost: friendly, helpful, and accommodating, just what this weary traveler has needed on both trips. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably spacious. Wifi is solid, cable TV reliable. There's a pool and an exercise room for those inclined. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've had at this price point. Parking is abundant and feels very safe. In addition to an in-hotel snack shop and vending machines, you're just steps away from a fast food option, a gas station stop-and-shop/fried chicken joint, and the famously ubiquitous coffee place, and less than a mile from a great supermarket.

If you're eyeing one of the other options in this area, particularly the "comfortable" one down the road, spend the few extra dollars and stay here instead. It's money well spent.

I can not believe how unprofessional our stay at this location was. My husband and I were staying on a MONDAY NIGHT, trying to rest before a long drive home. We heard lots of noise from the upstairs guest. Such as dragging furniture, screaming out there window and so forth. We waited till 10pm to ask the front desk to call and give a warning to keep the noise down. By the 3rd attempt going to the front desk in person around 1am or so we were told they were asked to leave. By 3am we continued to hear loud noise and music and when my husband went down, we were told by the new receptionist who had a shift change that no one had check out of that room and she had no control or understanding of the situation. The incompetence was astounding all the way to the top. I paid to be there just like every other guest and allowing hotel party’s after guest repeatedly complain on a MONDAY is unacceptable. Basically all I get is a sorry and shrug from management. Don’t stay here or waste your money. REPLY TO THE REPLY FROM MY REVIEW.
Interesting, because I did submit to the support website. No answer. Also called several times. Only to have your manager continue to argue with me and treat us as if we were in the wrong. 4 times we came down to ask the party be shut down or JUST MOVE US ROOMS. Denied that as well. Fake reply. Fake apology.

We have stayed in this hotel and this particular room several times. The staff is always professional and prompt with any requests. This time, the low flow shower head in room 430 needs to be replaced. The cleaning crew should notice the shower head leaking and unable to adjust. The room is starting to show additional aging and the lack of thorough cleaning. The first night, we had breathing troubles because of something sprayed in the room because of possibly a smoker, unfortunately. We had left the air conditioner on for most of the time, and it calmed down. Now they do well with breakfast every morning. Requests for extra towels are good. It is quieter than expected. The beds are good. Toilets are too low, but that is a personal preference. For kids, it should be great. The exercise is small but can do the job. We will be back.

This is one of the worst Hampton Inn’s I’ve been to. The room wasn’t clean. The sheets were not washed properly, one side of the sheets smelled like perfume. The shower did not work properly, and the bathroom hadn’t been swept properly either. Don’t plan on staying here again
