I've been staying at this hotel for years now, and it has been excellent every time. I always work nights, when I'm in town and have gotten to know the Swing-Shift staff. Mia and Nicole are amazing! They are super easy to work with, amazingly accommodating and fun to chat with. They always work to make my stay easier ie: I need the cleaning staff to clean my room first thing in the morning, as I get back from my shift right after they start, and Mia and Nicole make sure it happens! I will say, they could use some chairs up at the front desk, seems like they stand up there forever, their feet must get tired... Great staff, clean rooms, and good convo, plus a weird bible museum... what more could you ask for in a hotel?

Incredibly rude, arrogant, front desk staff. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 30 years, stayed at innumerable Hilton properties, and I have never been treated in such a shabby manner. The in charge person, Mia, needs to go to "charm school". She is a rude, entitled person. We are on an extended road trip and we have canceled all upcoming Hampton reservations. As a Silver level Hilton Honors member, I expect respectful and warm receptions at Hilton properties. These people did not meet that expectation.

I did not experience any problems during my stay here and will recommend this hotel in the future.My stay at this hotel was entirely problem-free. I encountered no issues with the accommodations or services provided. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout my visit. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others seeking comfortable and reliable lodging.

Had a nice stay here. Rooms are modern and bed was comfortable. Was not prepared for there to be a Bible museum but that was an interesting surprise

The Hampton Inn Goodyear seemed recently renovated, but had some negative aspects. Rooms are smaller than they appear on the website. The bathroom had tiles that were wobbly on the floor. The shower head was coated with calcium and the towels smelled like chlorine. ||Bed was comfortable and the heat/ac worked well, however the TV was lacking a sleep timer. The TV did have Cox Cable so there were lots of choices for entertainment.||Breakfast was poor compared to other Hampton Inns. The breakfast area is huge, but lacked gluten free options and many other options found at other Hamptons. They only had cereal and hard boiled eggs on one massive counter. The staff was pleasant enough when I had to interact with them.

Nice clean rooms, and great service. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great location, two restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and many other options a short drive away. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Goodyear.

Good accommodations for a few nights. Decent breakfast, workout room and pool. A little dated. Large fiction library just to the left of the front desk.

Thank you for always taking good care of our needs, especially in our daily changes! I would say we are always the easiest customer but you make our fidelity team feel like family and frankly you can’t buy that type of service!!! Kuddos to all you special folks
