Husband and I stayed here for a week for business. We stayed in a suite room. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are well kept, very spacious, and comfortable. Loved the extra blanket for the couch. The wet bar was perfect for fixing snacks and drinks. The shower was great. Plenty of pressure and hot water.
The staff was amazing! All shifts were polite, friendly, eager to please. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The morning staff was always ready with a 'good morning' or 'have a great day'.

The maintenance team was just as friendly and polite! It made our stay comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend!

JD and Jasmine are the epitome of the type of service and experience that Hilton brand should be proud of. JD is the type of Manager that goes out of his way to make you feel as if you're a guest at a diamond rated hotel and Jasmine will greet you with a smile and will truly take care of you as if you were family. My stay with them tops everything as I would expect them to be ambassadors of a diamond rated hotel. HILTON YOU SHOULD BE PROUD!

This Hampton Inn and Suites was an excellent experience for myself. The room was exceptionally clean. The air conditioner was responsive and I could properly control the temperature in the room. The price was excellent and much cheaper than other options nearby with the most value included. The atmosphere and decor of the hotel was very updated. They offered a fully functional pool. The breakfast area had a decent selection of food and was kept clean and tidy. This was by far the best Hampton Inn and Suites I have ever stayed at.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kalesha sweet front desk lady that had outstanding customer service , asked me a few questions to verify who I say I was. And that just let me know right there I’m in good hands. This hotel was super clean and the aroma through out the hotel smelled amazing to even the clean sheets in the room smelled so good !!! The room was super clean as well .. the morning staff was just as nice and very helpful… After driving for 12hrs I can tell you I slept like a baby !! Overall I had an excellent time here and will definitely stay here again when I visit Pensacola !!!

This Hampton is clean and the rooms are comfy. Delish breakfast. All the staff is so eager to help and friendly, must trickle down from the management. I've met her, she is top notch, it's easy to see her workers enjoy working with her. She always has a nice word to say and a smile. This is our go-to place here in the Pensacola area; near everything. It's an easy choice, you can't go wrong here!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, from the lobby to the rooms. It smells great as soon as you walk through the doors. I love their coffee which is available throughout the day. There are sometimes fresh baked cookies, too. I always stay here when visiting Pensacola.

My wife and I have been staying here monthly for the past year. Hotel is very clean. Most pleasant is the receptionist at the front desk. Her name is Jasmin Sellers, Jasmine always welcome me with a smile and goes above and beyond assisting guests. She’s a diamond at the front desk of this hotel. Amaising lady!

When we stepped into the hotel, we were taken in by the wonderful scent of cleanliness. Raul was really nice and welcoming during check-in. Jasmine checked in on us each day. The room was spacious and the main areas of the room were clean. We were a little disappointed that a couple of the chairs has stains that really stood out. Other than that, the rest of the room was immaculate. Our stay was very peaceful and it seems that we were located in a really good distance from all of the main areas. If we visit Pensacola in the future, this is where we'll stay.
