I was here for a conference the first week of January and was impressed with the service! Bets were really comfy, room service was top notch, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! It was a pretty busy week with a lot of people for the conference staying at the same hotel, but Vilma and her younger co-worker did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast, food, hot and ready, and served us all with a smile! Thank you! 😊

Stayed here during a K-POP concert @ the Coliseum & have no complaints. Rooms were nice, employees kind & helpful, very clean & modern. My puppy was even able to stay with & that was definitely a plus.

I traveled from Nee York on a very busy and intense business trip. I immediately felt welcomed by Felicia and staff. It was a long day of travel, and a warm welcome made my travel less stessfull. ||Felicia was so friendly and knew me by name on first day. She advised me on some amenities and the cafe across the parking lot at Hampton Inn. ||I travel a ton for work. Mostly I have mediocre experiences. But Felicia made an impression on me this week that made my stay with you enjoyable. ||I am grateful to stay with such warm and friendly staff that really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. ||You will see me again!||Thank you Felicia!!|Frank

If service is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place. They told me to get my own plastic forks in a side room, because they were running low(?) a hotel that serves food.
The room had several things not working or broken.
Dingy, outdated kind of musty room.
Location is nice.

Value for the location and hot breakfast. Staff who served us Monday Nov 17 afternoon (4pm?) was not nice. We asked for a room with the view to the water. She smiled and said she had given us two of the best rooms. Unfortunately when we checked the rooms, we were disappointed. Two rooms were far apart which was ok, but view was to the parking lot. We immediately spoke to the same staff, asked to check out the room on the other side. She claimed rooms on the other side were all taken. Then, why did she not let us know when she assigned us the rooms. Why did she say that she gave us the best room, but only overlooking the parking lot. She could have told us that the rooms with water view were taken. Her behavior appeared to be that of a liar. That made us suspect that she just did not want to change our room, though there were at least one or more available.

Harry at the front desk deserves recognition for his patience and compassion. When families were evacuating this fall due to fires, he was reassuring & helpful to stressed and unpleasant adults, and always had kind words for the kids. I often stay here en route to visiting friends & family and this is the third time I have seen him help and soften the cranky and impatient guests. He's a wonder. Every staff person (breakfast crew, maintenance staff) is kind and friendly. Rooms are quiet and well-tended. It's reliably good.

Harry has been wonderful this visit! He helped me check into my room after the room selection on my reservation was incorrect. Harry is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It has been a bright spot in my days seeing his smiling face. Keep up the great work!

I rarely give one star reviews as I rate per value, however this hotel has earned a one star review from first interaction to last.

The shuttle driver was beyond rude, I’d title him nasty. The front desk clerk refused to speak with anyone checking in and couldn’t offer a smile. The same at checkout.

The hallways that greet you smell terrible, as if they’ve been damp since construction. They are also dark and dingy in the colors of Hampton’s in the past.

The rooms leave much to be desired, see below.

The gym, well, it’s terrible. Do a room workout. The gym next door at the associated Hilton property is better and a nice maintenance man, the only positive interaction at the hotel, showed me the way. However, each gym has a new Peleton but neither are in working order; in the Hampton, the pedals are clip-ins (see photo), and next door the bike can’t access the internet. When this data was passed to the front desk there was simply a shoulder shrug and a response “we know, we’ve called but nobody has shown up to fix it”.

Overall, the only positive for this property is its proximity to the airport, however your transport from and/or to will be angry to have you in the shuttle. Don’t expect a smile, a thanks, or service of any sort during your stay. If you need a workout, fahgetaboutit. Bottom line, stay anywhere else—up to and including on the airport floor.
