Decent hotel and great stop over on our way to Yosemite. Honestly, was nicer than any of the places we stayed at in Yosemite. The room was clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and quality TV with lots of channels. The free breakfast was varied and appreciated. Overall a good, solid hotel for a decent price. Hard to find these days!

I would wager that this is probably the worst Hampton Inn in the country based on my past experiences and expectations for the Hampton brand. All the TVs that I saw were worn out with halos or blank black areas. Hot tub was not working, and I was laughed at for asking. Pool open if you got the mgr to let you in by request? Don’t bother it’s freezing. They had one cart for luggage for the entire hotel. There was really not much of anything I liked about this hotel and I’ve always liked Hamptons so management is absolutely abysmal here. Please review pictures and look at how dirty the toilet was and the halos and dead spots on all the TVs, this was a systemic problem since the person checking out in front of me also had the same issues with her TV and was demanding the managers first last name and email what a coincidence that she had the same issues although it was not a broadcasting issue. You can YouTube the reason, they were worn out. This hotel has been run into the ground by bad management. If you stay here don’t expect much. Slightly higher hotels nearby have better reviews. I would advise steering away from this place until management is turned over and visited by corporate for complaints and an action plan to improve.

My booking is prepaid at booking.com, we stayed in August 2024, and I paid deposit upon check-in and they put a hold on my credit card-- and it t took them almost forever (several days) to release the hold on my card. We only stayed 1 night. Building is old, rundown and need to be demolished. The photos are deceiving. It is not what you see in the photos. The room is old , dark, dirty and many defects— latch at door not working properly, closet door with mirror is too big, sink is clogged, cabinet door for the fridge not closing. Location is sketchy. I am not sure why was this hotel a "Hampton" by Hilton, it shouldn't be. A low-rated motel is lot better than this. Those who gave positive reviews they have never been to other Hamptons. Do not stay. Not recommended.

Some remodeling going on. Clean rooms with basic amenities. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Close to many restaurants and convenience.
Some freeway noise but quiet otherwise.

Save your money and time and go elsewhere! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We rented both meeting rooms ($400 total) and the workers had the audacity to NOT have the room cleaned let alone tables and chairs set up like we requested. The floor was filled with crumbs so bad we had to go ask to borrow a vacuum to clean up the mess! Ridiculous!

When it came to payment time we walked to the front with cash in hand. 2 different hotel clerks had 0 clue how to accept the cash payment. They sat there clueless and went to the back for a while and came back and said they couldn't accept it. We decided to deposit into our account and leave a credit card on file. 11 days later and the amount still had NOT come out of our account. On day 14, all of a sudden we had major fraud on the credit card we left on file! They finally decided to reach out and ask when we could pay but with the fraud that occurred we had to wait as we get paid Salary.

My point is they could have easily called someone or be taught how to take cash payment as I know I'm not the only person who has given them cash! I will never do business here again and I will make sure NO one that I know stays here!

People who are rating this hotel highly must not have stayed in other Hamptons. This one is in desperate need of some TLC. Key cards don’t work (and no digital key available as a backup - we literally had to change rooms because we couldn’t get in, and even after that, the keys worked only once and I had to go to the desk for the third time for new keys). The ice machines don’t work and are just ripped out with a big hole gaping in the floor. Pool was inviting but again - key card wouldn’t unlock it and line at front desk to ask was out the front door. It also wouldn’t unlock the laundry but someone had broken that so we were able to get in - but the garbage can was so full of fast food bags and smelly I had to toss my stuff in while holding my nose and then run. To top it off, the people above us must have been jumping on and off the beds until 2 a.m. (let’s call it that) and I could not sleep. I would suggest trying one of the other hotels next door until this one is renovated. I wanted to rate it a 1 but I had to add a star back because the beds were on par.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very good, allowing me to sleep well until dawn despite my light sleep. My friends who were traveling with me also agreed. The included breakfast was rich and varied, including waffles, toast, eggs, sausages, baked potatoes, and cereal. , coffee, tea, juice, etc. It’s worth staying here again

The rooms are clean the AC wouldn't turn off the phone in the room did not work the restrooms in the pool area were filthy not too friendly people that hung out in the pool area the pool attendant had the audacity to ask if we were guests if you are a younger crowd I would not recommend this place. Ok I have a up date my godson left his shoes at the pool area I went back today and asked the attendant at the front desk if his shoes got turned in we were the last people that left the pool so I know the rude pool attendant had to have picked the shoes up and she was really rude and told me no nobody turned them in and so I asked her when will the manager be in she said Monday you could call Monday unbelievable but that's ok my family spent a lot of money there for 2 days for a celebration of life they must needed them shoes more than we did very sad one last note and the families that were there with their families in the swimming pool would have never took some cheap Walmart shoes I see a lot of people on here got a response to their frustrations crazy.
