Best hotel during our California trip. Nice, large rooms, verx clean, no noise or distributions.

We had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast is great as well. Could be open longer (they close it at 9am).

Otherwise: 5 Stars.

Excellent customer service. The rooms here are big and clean and the hospitality is perfect. While the hotel is situated near the highway, it is extremely quiet inside. Parking is free and secure. Michelle was very accommodating and helped our every need.

Fantastic hotel at the edge of town. It's an very new building and feels extremely clean. Comfy beds, excellent service. We missed breakfast my a few minutes but the manager helped us get our morning cup of coffee in. The gal that worked the night shift was also very friendly and helpful. Used the laundry during my stay and the machine is industrial grade. Views of the mountains and surrounding areas are nice too. Highly recommend this spot if you need a hotel to stay in town

5-day visit with no housekeeping. After the 3rd day, we called and we're told we needed to tell them. Requested for the next day and nothing. The breakfast service was good.

We stayed here one night. Got in late and left early. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff at check in were wonderful. Very kind. The staff while checking out was quite rude, acted like we were inconveniencing him by leaving early.

Very hospitable and clean. Great recommendations for eateries in town.|Offered free water and upgrades. Professional and courteous staff both days. Recommendation for dinner at Old City Hall Restaurant was a hit! We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, pancakes, hash browns, toast eggs, coffee, and juices. Lots to choose from.

The stay started off for the most part normal. Weird thing is they have the doors lock and you have to be buzzed in. The room was nice and so was the breakfast. The problem started post check out. We were halfway home to Fresno, and I remembered I left my wedding rings in the restroom vanity. It hasn't been more then 2 hours since we had check out. I called the front desk so they could go up there and get them for us and we could drive back to Gilroy to pick them up. The young lady says the room hasn't been clean and they will go up there to check. She calls me back less then 10 mins that there are not there. I know I left them there. I check all my belongings and they weren't there. I then spoke to another gentlemen who says no one has gone in to that room since they won't be clean till the next day. I tell him well the rings didn't just walk up and leave. So either you haven't check or one of your employees pocket them. He said he would give me a call back if they found anything. No call received. My husband then calls later that afternoon and the lady at the front says the room will be clean that day and they will give him a call back. No call received. Just be careful when staying here. Don't forget your valuables like we did/ even though it's an expensive hotel the staff have sticky fingers. Or if your staying multiple nights don't leave anything valuable if there coming in to clean your room. Very disappointed in this hotel and its management.

Our room was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers hot with good water pressure. Continental breakfast was decent with hot food, cereal and yogurt. I appreciated the security measures around the hotel. There were security cameras, a requirement for your room key to enter the main sliding doors after dark and I appreciated how well-lit the parking lot and immediate area around the hotel was.
