The rooms were spacious, clean, and we'll equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the best ive had in a long while at a hotel. It is troubling that rooms don't come with water anymore unless you are a top tier honors member. Overall our stay with a group of 16 was excellent. Will book again.

Wonderful service. Comfy beds. Breakfast always had waffles, toast, and bagels, and the hot options changed between some variety of potato, variety of egg/omelet, and a breakfast meat. Eggs were not gross and gritty/powdery.
Did not utilize the pool, gym, or office space.
Our room had great shower water pressure and never lacked hot water.

It’s a clean, looks like recently renovated hotel. They were competent enough to reserve two adjoining rooms with four beds for us unlike two other hotels that we stayed at in Alaska. Decent amenities and good breakfast options. We’d come back when in Fairbanks.

Just your standard hotel experience. Rooms were clean, gym was nice though it gets hot in there, could use some fans. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Will be looking to book again for other stays. Only cons were the heater in the room was the loudest thing I've ever heard, and walls can be a bit thin.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Fairbanks, Alaska, and while the front desk staff and manager were courteous and helpful, my overall experience was unacceptable. I was shocked to find a used feminine hygiene product mixed in with the supposedly “clean” hand towels in my room.||This is a serious lapse in cleanliness and quality control, and it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it’s enough for me to say I won’t be returning to this property.

We have a very warm reception during the cold weather. I apologize that I do not remember his name. An African American front desk manager from Virginia took very very good care of my family and I. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast was varied and delicious.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. They have a 24 hour airport shuttle which was very convenient for us since Hertz was closed for New Years Day when we arrived. (Stupid, Hertz, it's still the holiday!) The driver was great - picked us up and then took my husband back to the airport to pick up a car the next day.||Our room was comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff was kind. Location is convenient - the first night we walked across the street to an empty lot and saw Aurora dance over the nature preserve. We could also walk to McDonalds and get some food. Like most Hampton Inns, there was a little pantry to buy snacks and frozen meals, but the selection was just terrible.||Only real negative was the squeaky noise our heater made during the night and sour smell of our bathroom when we first arrived. Neither was a big enough deal for us to complain to the staff though.||This was a great homebase for our trip.

Stayed overnight before moving on to see the Aurora Borealis. Staff was super friendly. Got shuttle service from the airport. Front desk people were very nice, providing late check out. Missed breakfast, but a staffer made me a goodie bag to go. This is your basic Hampton, very clean with nice amenities.
