Wonderful stay. Cat (I believe that was her name) was exceptional and so welcoming and kind. She made me feel right at home. Everyone else at the desk I came in contact with was wonderful as well.

Room was very clean and bed some comfy.
Breakfast was tasty also. I enjoy the variety of breakfast and how it slightly changed (hot food) daily so I did t get bored with options.

Overall great choice of a hotel to stay at. So much around to shop or eat at. Side note one of the nicest goodwills I have been in. Very large and it’s a stoned throw from hotel.

Clean hotel, not really noisy despite construction. Larger than normal in room fridge (love). Gym a bit run down/tiny. Location is good, near food and grocery. The only complaint was that the wrestling team had state and was a little rowdy checking in. 6am and 9am (Saturday/Sunday) the dozen or so preteen boys at breakfast. (Loud burping, coughing on food, barefoot in breakfast area, and crowding food stations.
Lady at check-in wouldn't help if you had a rate adjustment through corporate hilton. (At check-in, the rate was higher than booked online, and her attitude was "it is what it is or i can make it more expensive. "
Talked to corporate again and got it corrected to the rate we originally booked.
Would return, clean hotel is the best hotel. Food at breakfast was good, and everything in the room worked.

Mhotel is clean and quiet. except no hot water in the rooms. I shaved and shower in cold water, brrrr! I heard another guest complaining about it at check in. I should have stayed elsewhere. It’s a cold winter here and would May been nice to take a hot shower.

The room was clean and the only downside was the mattress needs replaced. There is a significant depression in the middle. Front desk staff, Kat, was super nice and helpful. She found a handicapped room for us that was very helpful.

Great hotel! Comfortable room & bed, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, and located close to restaurants and shopping. Stayed 6 nights with my dog over the holidays.

(My only suggestion for improvement would be more mulch chips around the dog poo-bag area to cut down on mud tracked into the building.)

Super convenient check in. We love the studio suite rooms. Very spacious. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Love the 12:00 pm check out time and easy to get an even later check out. Love this hotel!

We stayed here for a friend's wedding that was in town. All in all, it was an acceptable hotel. Looks like some renovations are going on and they have half of the floor blocked off on the 3rd floor. Check In had a minor hiccup. The day prior, I had checked the pricing and saw it was cheaper. I called corporate Hilton to get a price reduction (I always check the rates leading up to a stay to get a lower price, great hack for vegas too) and the person on the line assured me that he corrected the price. While checking in, I inquired about the total and noticed it was still at the higher rate. The person at the front desk didn't see anything she could do. I didn't press it nor was I annoyed by it, I just gave corporate hilton a ring once I got up to the room to see what had happened since I was assured they corrected it. Corporate hilton got it sorted out and my price was actually lowered below what it was the last time I had checked. There was also an entire wrestling team staying at the hotel. Im going to guess it was the same people that had previously reviewed another hotel down the road the year previous. I won't fault the hotel for this...it's a hotel, people stay here haha.

OK, onto the actual hotel review. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows were oddly small. Nice sized fridge for a room like this. Usually I see tiny dorm room fridges, or worse, a "cooler" in the shape of a fridge. No, this room has a slightly larger than dorm room fridge that got pretty cold. Microwave was on top of it in their own little separate cubby. So yea, room is good.

Breakfast was your standard affair. The first morning had the cheese omlettes and the second morning had scrambled eggs. The loan staff member was doing a good job trying to keep up with the tornado of the wrestlers that were making waffles, so the area stayed relatively clean.

The fitness room was pretty small and the incline on the treadmill didn't work. Standard water bottle refill station with nice cold water.

Lobby was constantly stocked with cold citrus water, fruit, and coffee, all complimentary.

If we travel through this area again, we'll gladly stay here again. Just maybe next time, I'll pay attention to the wrestling schedule.
