Well I was extremely happy when I left. With everything. Till I got home and had two 300$ charges a 58$ and a 3$ charge on my account. Tried to say i smoked in room. When front desk man watched me go outside several times. I was only in my room at night. I was in town for hairstylist convention. I bought several hair products and was spraying them to smell them. I will admit to that. I'm not stupid to smoke in a hotel. I'm a 48yr old woman not a child. I don't believe that someone would be stupid enough to even do that these days. I'm so upset right now. I can't get anyone to help me on the phone which makes it worse now there saying they saw me in hallway vaping whatever. I've been on phone with corporate for over an hr waiting on cameras. Im hiring a attorney

Great stay. Super-clean lobby, breakfast are and, most importantly, our room. We stayed in 5th floor facing east. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Expressway traffic is visible from the window but no noise. Friendly staff and loved the breakfast—so pleased with the hearty oatmeal and frankly, couldn’t believe the dark roast was so good! It’s a quick drive to Old Orchard Mall shopping and dining and North Shore Center for the Performing Arts.

This hotel was exceptional! The location was where I needed to be! Near my mother who passed away 2 years ago and I wanted to put flowers on her grave! This hotel was 1.6mile from my Mommy's grave. So thank you for being there for me so I can be there for my mommy! I will visit again and again, because you are so close to my mommy!

This is a great hotel. It's clean, quiet and the free breakfast is top notch! Check-in went smooth, I didn't find the girl to be overly nice , but she wasn't rude. The check out girl was friendlier, she called and got me a cab to train station. The room is good, the shower in tub was set on one stream(like bathtub) , and I was too short to be able to adjust setting.😒. So no full shower effect. Be prepared for $100 charge in case you smoke and room gets damaged. Hopefully, it'll get put back in quick, when they discover I didn't smoke.😞

This is my second stay at this property in the last few months. Both visits were excellent. I asked if they had any rooms available as upgrades (I'm a Gold member) and they gave me very nice upgrades both times. I know that isn't at all guaranteed, so it was a nice touch that they were willing to do that.|The rooms were in good condition, beds comfy and not sagging, everything worked that should work, internet was great.|Breakfast was really good - I wasn't there on really busy days, but everything was stocked and hot, and the nice attendants watched it closely, and kept the area clean as well. I was impressed for a typical Hampton. Food was what you would find at any other Hampton, but well presented and hot.|Great place to stay, friendly staff - do it if you're in the area!

One of the cleanest and best-maintained rooms I have ever stayed in! Sometimes reviews are unreliable. But, trust me when I say it’s clean and well-maintained as of January 2025.

The suite we stayed in was meticulously cleaned and comfortable. No strange odors. Everything worked as it should and was in good repair. The little kitchenette had all the essentials.

Some notes: The windows don’t open. The AC unit in the living room is a bit noisy, makes kind of continuous humming sound. I didn’t have time to check out the amenities on-site. The breakfast service was well done. Coffee and tea service is available 24/7.
