Lots of room. Great shower for tall people. there's no need to slouch! The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had some great and yummy choices. The coffee and cookies offered in the lobby in every afternoon were nice!

The staff were professional, cheerful, courteous, and very helpful. The facilities were up to date and clean. Room was spotless and comfortable. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel was not far from the Navy base and things to too.

We came into town for the weekend to spend at Six Flags great America our normal hotel was booked and so we tried this one for the first time. It was very clean and the front desk was very polite. The breakfast is what you expected a Hampton inn. the pool and the hot tub were clean and the kids loved it, the kids did say that the Wi-Fi was a little unstable and didn’t work all the time but as adults, we didn’t really notice. The breakfast area was very clean and the workers were very nice. There’s also a gas station in a Wendy’s right across the street.

Came for Navy graduation. Not far from base at all. Room was big and clean and came with a microwave and refrigerator. Quiet. Offered free breakfast and snacks every afternoon. Staff was nice. No complaints!

We stayed here for boot camp graduation. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. They provided an earlier breakfast on PIR day. Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of them went to a family members room and assisted them to live stream the graduation. Housekeeping was wonderful everyday. I never had to ask for anything. We were on the first floor and were never bothered by noise from others either.

Used Chase points to pay for the room. After check out they still charged us for the room on our credit card instead of the points from Chase. When I called and informed them, they told us to speak with Chase instead. Be careful and pay attention, this place may scam you.

Appreciated the frsh cut fruit at breakfast and the nice variety of foods. Our room was very clean. The AC unit was somewhat noisy, but we actually appreciated the white noise it created as the night before we were up all night at another hotel where we could hear doors ope ing and closing, people talking, and kids running the hallways. Overall a very nice stay.
