I've stayed at this property tons of times!! My kids love the pool area and they also have a jacuzzi. As a Diamond member..I have always been awarded complimentary upgrades unless not available. Rico Rhonda and Ryan show the best customer appreciation every stay. Always accomodating me with NO HESITATION!! ThankYOU GUYS!!

Overall it was a mixed experience. When we first got there we asked the front office for an extra bed and they gave us an air mattress for the rest of our stay. We were told the tv had Netflix and Disney+ but when we looked it said we had to log in which me they HAD those platforms but no account. Breakfast opens at 6 AM and closes at 10 AM which was really nice and great for people who want to sleep in. At the breakfast place,they have a lot. They have waffles,toast,bagels,cereal,yogurt, and fruit. In the lobby they have a 24/7 coffee and tea bar that also includes hot cocoa. They also have a mini shop that sells some clothes but mostly food. The prices of the food weren’t too bad. A cup of ramen, for example, was $2.00. The pool opens at 10AM and closes at 10PM. When we first walked in at 4PM the filters weren’t turned on, we originally thought the kids pool was broken because none of the water features were on. We even told the front office but they said the filters were on (even though they weren’t)After we came back at around 6PM, the water features weren’t turned on and the pool filter was working which was nice. Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11. Overall,the experience had its good and bad.

Came to visit family we drove around to all the hotels in that area and let me just say this one is by far the cleanest, best choice! There were 3 other hotels in that area all them had long term stays there. Kind of like motels but they were a hotel google reviews gave them all 2 stars and for good reason! So this place is the one you will want. It's close to the highway, gas stations, drug stores and plenty of fast food places. There was also a Walmart approximately 3-4 miles down the road as well. Parking was good. Lots of parking spots and handicap as well. The pool I nvr went in. Although I did look at it and it's huge! Clean, and inviting we was just tired from the long 5 hr drive. They had hot and cold breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage links I believe. You know the normal foods hotels provide. All in all I say this is your spot of all 4 in that area!

This is a nice Hampton Inn that’s been updated. The pools are a great feature and are very clean. It’s clear that they take great pride in their upkeep. The floors in the room could have been cleaner and the “queen” beds are definitely not queens but are actually fulls, so that was a disappointment. Overall we would be back but wish the room was slightly more comfortable.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites Chicago/Aurora five times in the past few months. The rooms are clean, the staff is good, and it is located near many places to eat. The free breakfast is great. I haven't had any problems at all, and I recommend this place.

This hotel has been recently renovated and they did a marvelous job. Rooms are roomy, bathroom sink has lots of room for your things, and the water pressure is nice and firm.

Breakfast option is very nice. Workout facility is perfect including two pelotons and they even have a guest laundry facility.

The Pool filter was off and The checkout for most people is 11, pool opens at 10, People were swimming at 8 and workers did not care. Breakfast was good

This was an amazing experience. Madison at the front desk was the beginning of the amazing experience. She heard my comment about coming just for the pool and hot tub. So she set us up on the first floor right next to the pool. The pool area is the best around!! Cute kid area with a slide and splashing buckets. Then they have a separate pool and hot tub. The pool water was warm!! It was great. Hot tub couldve been a little hotter but still great! The ONLY concern/comment i need to make, is the vents in the pools. They're on the ground and are raised. I cut my foot on one which hurt pretty bad.
So I told my boys to stay away from them.
I think they should replace those with something more safe/flat.
Cool exercise room, box jump, weights, peloton bikes, treadmills.
Laundry is 24/7.

The room was super cute! Bathroom was huge.
Beds were cozy.

The prices for the concession treats are very reasonable! Again. Best around for prices.

My son made it down for breakfast and loved the options.

We will be bringing our family back.
