While the area is full of dying business, this hotel is definitely a strong Hampton Inn. Check in was easy and upon request we were given an upgrade into a “suite.” The bed was comfortable. The climate control worked well. Breakfast was very good, though Hampton standard. Despite taking about 3 minutes to warm up, the shower had good hot water and water pressure. Easy access to I-57. A few dining options nearby.

This is the best and only hotel I would recommend staying at the rooms are clean. The staff who I've interacted with for years are amazing. Excellent, very helpful when I go here I'm comfortable. I will always stay here. This is the one the only hotel I will stay in in Madison. I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars Tracy, Jennifer, Both amazing women and when I'm at this hotel they're there for me and my children. Thank you for your wonderful and exceptional hospitality, and I will forever return.

VERY impressed with this Hampton Inn - one of the best Hamptons I've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and caring. Everything was clean. The food center was well stocked with a lot of variety. I was acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member and received very nice gifts. The room was extra nice and clean. We were in town for a family medical situation and returning to this Hampton was so nice at the end of a long day at the hospital.
I heartily recommend this Hampton Inn.

Comfortable beds, I like that they have full bottles of lotions,body wash, shampoo and conditioner -available in the rooms. Also full breakfast is an absolute treat in the morning . The eggs have really good flavor.

A hotel's main amenity for a family is a pool. The pool was listed on the website as an amenity. During my family's stay, the pool was "closed for maintenance." My children had nothing to do while in the hotel, and you can only watch one TV for so long. It's was not the most pleasant experience for me with children.

We were in the area dealing with a family death and are Hilton members, so selected this hotel. Breakfast buffet was out of orange juice that a number of us were hoping for. The buffet person was a bit grumpy, said she would bring some, but she didn't. Eventually when we were leaving the buffet, we said something to the hotel manager and quickly the orange juice was replenished. So filled a cup and took it up to our room as did many other patrons. The bedding in our room had stains. Our room was good sized and the beds were comfortable. Was debating between a 3 and a 4, would have done 3.5, but giving it a 4. Easy walk to a few food places/restaurants.

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions when traveling for work and have had issues with the internet in my room and work out facility. They have peloton bikes but they do not connect to the internet. The pool is not useable. The yogurt was expired and I have also been incorrectly charged for my room with some weeks being double charged and others the incidental fee has not been returned. On my most recent stay, my car was broken into and I was told they have security cameras but due to an update they are not accessible. Staff was not helpful at all!

Im a Hilton fan, a Diomand member, and I travel.for work. I never leave reviews but this hotel has the Rudest employees Ive ever encountered at ANY hotel in my life. After the GM lost her mind and made a scene in the lobby, I instantly knew this was not a corporate location and also now understand why the front desk staff thinks it is acceptable to behave that way. Their leader is not leading by example by any means. | Hilton should strip this franchisee from using its name. This particular hotel does not represent the hilton brand at all. The entire team needs to be sent through demeanor training to remind them that they are in the Hospitality Industry. Again, starting with the GM. Training also should be given on how to communicate effectively. The pool is down, there is |Some type of light issue at the back door, Digital keys only work some of the time, they lock the front door way before hours, on multiple occasions I've been given a room where the heat was not working in 3F weather the front desk employees aren't listeners and dont have problem solving skills that are needed to work in the industry... Safety issues galore as I was given access to a room that was not mine via card and digital and when i went to the front desk to get the correct key, was told the room that I had been staying in for 5 days and chose on my difitsl app was empty and was not my room... To make things worse...she said that room had been empty for multiple days... 😕 the employee made me and my 8 year old stay downstairs while she went to check In my room to see if our things were in there because I guess she didn't believe me, still not sure of the why behind that behavior. Expeciallu when the same employre had made back up kwys for me a couple if days prior and I ve seen her 25+ times durung the stay.. | When she returned from looking in my room she didn't apologize |for the mix up.. she was angry because she was WRONG. ||I can go on and on, but on a positive note.. Hilton Corp did a great job taking responsibility for their lack of training. Suggesting everyone try the Double tree in Alsip, or the multiple Hilton brand options on Orland Park, IL. They are close, clean, treat their guests with respect, and their digital system is always working and they know how too re-assign correct rooms.
