We booked this hotel because it was only a couple miles from the restaurant we and another couple wanted to experience. It was a huge party and we didn't want to drive due to alcohol being served. So we both booked the hotel, given that they had advertised "Shuttle Available".||When we arrived, we learned that the shuttle was not available from Friday thru Sunday. The manager worked out a deal where he would pay for the Uber back and forth, but I just wanted to let anyone know.....in case they wanted airport shuttle, etc..||Overall, a nice hotel. Hampton Inns are like McDonald's. You know what to expect, and they are all similar. Business hotels, clean, comfortable rooms. ||Breakfast was pretty good. Your standard waffles, eggs, oatmeal, juice. ||There was construction going on, but kudos to them for keeping the properrty up-to-date.

My family and I stayed for 1 night at the Hampton Inn & Suites, it was really clean and felt spacious in the room. The staff were very nice and resourceful when needed. They also have breakfast which tasted good. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean! Definitely will be coming back!

The rooms are good, very nice and spacious! The bed wasn't that comfortable, but the pillows were super soft. They have a good selection for breakfast, including to-go bags, hot breakfast, yogurt, bagels, etc......all day tea, coffee, and lemon water. It's in a pretty good location. I had a pretty nice view as well! It was quiet, just how I liked it!

We stay here every year we have Christmas at my brother’s house. Great location. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Great breakfast. I’d love to know where they get the down alternative blanket that are on the beds.

As of November 2024, stay away from this property. Rooms are run down, falling apart and patched together. "Free" breakfast tastes just like it's free with powdered eggs and frozen bagels.
Pool is closed for maintenance, second time in 5 years this time until the end of the year.

And don't waste your time calling ahead with special requests. They yes you to death but don't follow through on anything.

This is the last time we're staying here. Rather drive further for a decent room!

I stopped in for a few days while on business and enjoyed my stay. The hotel was one of the cleanest ones I've visited. It was a good location for where I needed to be, and the area was good. They had the breakfast buffet, which was staffed well, as the crew member was on top of the buffet.

Booked stay here for a wedding. Hotel was to provide shuttle for an hour. Shuttle decided to stop making trips early, leaving the bride, groom, and family members standed at the venue. When calling to ask where the shuttle was, we were simply told "looks like he's done for the night." Despite having almost half an hour left on the time. We all had to Uber back to the hotel and no compensation was offered. Think twice about booking your wedding here if you want reliable service.

Hotel was overbooked during hotel renovations, so we were only able to stay 1 of 2 nights that were originally reserved. No compensation offered despite completely disrupting holiday plans with family.

Placed on the 3rd floor underneath ongoing construction and renovations to the 4th floor. Hammering, chiseling, drilling going on directly above us the entire day. The bathroom faucet was also leaking loudly the entire time. And the heat in our room was not functional, so we froze the entire time in the room.
