Hampton Inn & Suites Casper - Casper, Wyoming

When we walked into this Hampton Inn, we were greeted by a sign at the front desk that read “Welcome to the Cowboy State.” Check in and check out were efficient and friendly. We had a super comfortable room with two queen beds and a view of some snow capped mountains. There was a fridge and a microwave as well as in-room coffee. We were missing an ice bucket; I went to the front desk and was given one right away. There wasn’t any recycling in the room, but there was a recycling bin next to the trash bin in the main lobby. The hotel provided a great breakfast, with both hot and cold items, and the breakfast room was spacious. To go breakfasts were available as well. There was a hot tub and a pool which were open until 11 p.m., but we didn’t end up using either. Enjoyed our stay here!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I live in Casper and I decided I wanted a night away booked a room at another hotel a week ago. It wasn’t I until I tried to check in, but they told me that they do not rent to locals. So I called a bunch of places, and it all seemed to be the same answer. Then I tried here. I was defeated, but when I called the friendliest woman named Hazel answered the call. Hazel was AMAZING! I asked her if her location rented to locals and she checked, and unfortunately they do not. But what made her different from the others was she spent 10 minutes calling around and helping me find one that would take me. She was AMAZING. Hampton is truly lucky to have such a fantastic worker at their establishment. Give this girl a raise, her customer service is 10/10, AWESOME! ♥️

Great hotel. Best Hampton I've stayed in. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and the water pressure was amazing. The fitness center was top notch, it has treadmills, a rowing machine and a pelaton for cardio. The dumbbells were awesome! Ranging from 5 to 70 pounds, there was enough for great workouts during our stay.

As far as hotels go, this one surprised us. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than what we’ve come to expect. Overall, it was quiet. Would stay here again and will be a go-to next time we need a place to stay in the area.

Clean and great employees. I only stay at hilton properties and these mattresses were the worst. (Too firm) Cheap furniture and subpar finish carpentry. No door softeners, so every door slams shut.

Friendly staff and hotel was clean. Good location near the Ford center.

Downside, we had dinner in our room and had the containers on the desk to throw the next morning. Woke up to TONS of ants crawling from the baseboards all over the desk. Staff was quick to have maintenance come spray and clean up the room but still not something you want to wake up to.

I love these hotels! Everytime I stay at Hampton Inn no matter the city i always have such a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and friendly at check in and created me with a bottled water.|Out room was large and clean and the shower was spacious and clean and loaded with fresh towels and quality soaps and shampoo and conditioner.|The fitness center had all the necessary free weights and cable machines for me to get a complete work out and afterwards I soaked my muscles in a whirlpool thing the had that was warm and relaxing. Awesome.|The free breakfast was loaded with options- eggs, omelets, oatmeal, bagels, cereal waffles, muffins, mall kinds of yummy fresh stuff. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a highway and just a minute from all the shopping a traveler needs.|I love these hotels and this one was no exception, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a king suite. The room was nice & clean. The pillows were not great quality, so if you like any sort of firmness or shape bring your own. But they have nice curtains that block out almost all the light & it was very quite. The popcorn was a nice touch. And I appreciate that they serve breakfast included until 10am so you dont have to be up too early. It's a good breakfast by all hotel standards too. I also think it's cute they had little toy horses at the front which my toddler thought was 5/5 fantastic.
