This is a terrific hotel in Queen Creek, AZ! All staff members were helpful, friendly and outgoing. The rooms were clean and quiet. It's a small thing, but the toiletry products were 'cleaner' (no sulfates, etc , non animal-tested) than most hotels, which is important to me. This is. It my first stay here, and I will definitely be back!

The rooms are clean. Check-in was quick and efficient. There was some train noise that woke me in the night. The only thing I'd change is the exterior lighting on the building and in the parking lot. It is too bright. See my pic taken at 2am from my room. This might be a plus for some for security.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a 6-hour drive for a funeral, our room was only equipped for two people, despite us being a family of four. I called the front desk for extra towels and pillows, but no one answered. When I went down at 8:30 PM on a busy Saturday, the front desk was empty, and I found one staff member who was unhelpful and rude. She claimed they were fully booked and had no pillows, and when I asked for a manager, I was told she was off duty.

The staff member even threatened to call the cops on me when I expressed my frustration. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the sink, and I saw multiple reviews about bed bugs. The breakfast is NOT GOOD. I paid over $250/night for this awful experience and do not recommend this hotel. I’m baffled by the positive reviews.

Locals in AZ. Stayed here so we could experience the day/night Schneph Farm Pumpkin Patch and Chili Fest. That was 100% the best decision we made for our toddler. We got to check in at 3pm after a long tiring afternoon at the farm. Take naps and get fully refreshed to party until 9pm! We woke up and the hotel served such a wonderful breakfast! I would 100% do this whole experience again.

My home away from home. Great staff at front desk, friendly and helpful. The chef always greets with a smile. LOVE THE FREE BREAKFAST, fresh and something new everyday. The rooms are super clean and the beds, oh the beds, you just melt into them after a long day.

Getting the boring stuff out of the way
Check in was super easy
Room was spotless and smelled clean
The toiletries in the shower were great

Breakfast was delicious! Had birthday cake mini waffles and a tasty omlette

My son has a little stuffed Porg (Star Wars) that he is very attached too. Somehow in the hustle and bustle of packing up the next day he was left behind. Our son was devastated
We were still in town and stopped back by the hotel in hopes he had turned up. He had not.
The person at the front desk was very nice and gave me an email to follow up incase he turned up in the laundry.
I reached out the next day and he had not apperared yet. Yari let me know they would keep an eye out. A week later he appeared!
Yari offered to mail him to me but since my sister lived in town I asked her to pick him up.
She swung by today and they included an adorable letter, as well as photos of his adventures as a member of the staff.
Seriously the cutest thing ever!

Clean,nice size rooms. Love they have good shampoo and amenities. Good breakfast area. Beautiful hotel close to lots of restaurants. And stores. Walking distance

We came from Flag. Az. So we were so hot by the time we got to the hotel. The service was epec,the room was so nice and clean and cool.We took a quick nap before going to our event. Out standing! I will come there again. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was very ? good
