I am a loyal Hilton Customer and this location does not meet the Hilton Standard at all. The carpet is filthy. The room did not feel clean. Furniture stained and outdated. Walls were dirty and stained. I wore socks and needless to say they were black from the floor. There was a used towel upon arrival behind the door. Also, issues with the AC unit. I stayed because it was close to a Wedding Venue that I was attending May 2-3rd 2025. They do offer free breakfast.

This hotel should be an embarrassment to Hilton. The room floorplan was excellent. The host at the reception desk was pleasant, courteous and professional. The furnishings are all dirty, stained and tattered and should be transferred to the land fill. The carpet was stained and not very clean but probably the best it could be in its worn-out state. The tv remote was sticky and dirty however the bedding was clean and fresh. At breakfast there were lots of items missing, including no eggs available shortly after opening. No ice in the ice machines, seemed to be turned off! The online photo's must have been taken years ago. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. Hilton corporate needs a representative to visit this location. Don't recommend staying here!

We were passing through Ozark after the tornado and needed a place to get a good sleep. Kash got us settled after a long drive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. (Seriously he was amazing) The continental breakfast in the morning was perfect for a long drive and the woman at the desk in the morning was amazing too. If you are passing through, don’t miss this hotel.

I have always stayed in Hampton Inns all across the country. Never had a bad stay and always very clean. We pulled in from a long day of travel and our toilet had feces splattered on the rim. The lobby clerk was nice enough to attempt to clean it but after scrubbing the toilet, she let the scrubber drip all over and then laid it in the sink! I was too tired from the road to care anymore and just let it be. this was a real disappointment not to mention a biohazard issue and makes me wonder if Hampton inns are losing their touch. No bag in the closet for dirty clothes and only decaf coffee left in the room. Thankful for a comfy bed but Very disappointed. Sorry, I’m not used to writing these things.

I am a loyal Hilton Hotel Guest. I have stayed at many Hilton Brand Hotel across the country. This location not quite making the mark for me. Booked this for a stop in this area for my work. Room was spacious that’s a 5-star. But pretty bad mildew smell in room. AC filters need cleaning, it’s been a while. Overall this hotel is just due for a remodel. I kept the room as it was just one night and the beds were clean and good. But I probably will skip this one in the future until it’s gets a rehab.

We've stayed at Hampton Inn across the U.S. and this was by far the worst. We couldn't sit in a chair because they were all filthy. The floors were sticky so we didn't take off our shoes. The towels provided in our room were the ones you put on the floor when you get out of the shower! I could go on and on but previous reviews say it all. I'm just sorry we didn't read reviews before staying here.

Hotel was not well cleaned and not well maintained. In desperate need of paint, new carpet, new chairs in rooms, etc. Mattresses were comfortable and the gentleman working the front desk in the evening was great.

Stayed there 7 years ago for a family event, and nothing has been changed out in 7 years.

Entered our 1st room & there was a stench bcuz feces was in & on the toilet. Asked for housekeeping no 1 was available so front desk gave me lysol spray. I told her I wasn't gonna clean my room that should've been clean. So she moved us to another room that was tolerable. Never Again!!!
