We had an excellent stay here and Krista checked us in and was friendly and professional and great. She set up our trip right! When checking out, the gal was really friendly and helpful as well, though we did not catch her name.

The rooms were clean and modern and had conveniences like a thermostat on the wall for the ac/heat and even things like a nightlight in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the linens warm enough, the elevators and facility was lovely.

The only downside for me (and would be fine for most people) is that there was a lovely looking breakfast, and a big sign saying to ask if one had food allergies, but no accommodation for actual food allergies. No sign, I wouldn’t be writing this, but if you have a sign, it would be good to have ingredient lists and/or helpful and knowledgeable staff. The wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable and the ingredient lists had been thrown away. For folks without food allergies, again, no problem, but either remove the sign or have a binder or something. Just a note, you can’t have gluten or dairy, bring your own food. There’s a microwave and fridge in the rooms, so it is easier!

Very clean, modern facility with friendly, hospitable staff. Online check in and digital keys worked perfectly, and we got the room we wanted. The beds were firm and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and everything (except for the hair conditioner pump - minor inconvenience) worked perfectly. The TV in the room was huge! It seems to be a pretty new hotel - everything still smells new! We only stayed one night, but we got a good night's sleep (climate control was perfect), and a great breakfast the following day. You have to go to the neighboring hotel (Fairfield Suites) for breakfast but it is literally a few steps next door. There is a wonderful barbecue place right across the street, and other restaurants and stores a short drive away. We were very satisfied with our stay. If we need a place to stay in the area again, we will certainly be coming back here!

Horrible experience. Our flight was delayed so I called ahead of time and let them know we'd be arriving late close to midnight. Ended up getting delayed more and arriving at 1am. Person at the desk said he'd marked us as no-show and cancelled our reservation. Also he'd started his night audit and couldn't give us another room until the morning. Had booked through Hilton so we called corporate. Long back and forth with the useless employee and Hilton corporate but the employee insisted we'd have to wait in the lobby until 6 am. We ended up walking to the Holiday inn next door and they got us into a room within 10 mins. Ruined the start of our holiday. I went back the next day to talk to a manager and got nothing but a half hearted apology.

New hotel, pricing is high due to being close to Yosemite, but the rooms are excellent. |Comfortable beds, large rooms, TV with Apps, free wi-fi. |Clean bathrooms, beds, with nothing negative of note in the room|Fast, efficient check in, with nice, polite desk staff. |Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with waffles, a meat and egg selection, good coffee, and breads.|I did not use the pool, but it was available and looked tempting.

We only planned to stay for two nights, however we were so impressed by the service, location and cleanliness of the hotel that we extended our stay for an additional two nights. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Debbie. Who takes great pride in her work, and was extremely helpful during the buffet breakfast. We were surprised that there wasn't a tip jar to acknowledge her exceptional service.

Clean and new rooms (probably the whole building).
Hot breakfast was great,
taking out 1 star cos noisy neighbors (dog barking, folks partying etc) and no EV charging. (A recently constructed hotel in california does not have EV charging ports?)

I had checked in online earlier in the day and went to Yosemite, hoping to have a room ready by the end of the day. We arrived into town around dinner time, no notification on the app about a room being ready so we decided to go to dinner first before checking in. Had dinner, still no notifications from the hotel and it was well past check in time at this point so we decided to check in at the front desk and thought maybe this was just one of those locations that makes you visit the front desk to check in. I check in at the front desk and head back to my car to get our stuff when I realize the key card holder has a multi day stay written below the room # and we were only staying one night. I go back to the front desk and both employees were less than helpful. They look again on their end and insist I booked for multiple days and told me I needed to check with whatever company I booked through. Not sure if that was implying I had booked 3rd party but I showed both my email confirmation and reservation in the Hilton Honors app that showed a one night stay. They told me they were not able to help me and that “Hilton makes mistakes too” and that I would need to take it up with Hilton. I go back to my car feeling a little frustrated and start looking for a contact # for Hilton (they didn’t even offer that info) and the employee comes to my car, this time apologetic and informs me they had checked me in under another guest with the same last name, despite me showing my license and card at check in. I go back to the front desk for a 3rd time so she can check me in to the correct room and run my card again. While I was charged the correct amount in the end, it is an inconvenience to have pending charges for two stays on my card even if temporarily.

When we finally get to our room, it wasn’t clean. The shower floor was dirty and had hair in the shower and the bathroom counter from a previous guest.

We would not stay here again or recommend this property.

Brand new hotel… that’s probably the only good thing about the place. Upon arrival it wouldn’t let us check in with the Hilton Honors app so we had to go to the front desk. The front desk clerk was helping the desk people at the Fairfield Marriott so they couldn’t check us in for a good half hour. No problem, we will wait. Well, there was no free breakfast “yet” as this is a new hotel, that’s fine, but they told us that we could go eat next door at the Fairfield. Weird flex but ok. Upon arrival to our room, someone must’ve shut the heat off so it was literally 40 degrees in the room. It took FOREVER for the hot water in the bathroom to catch up since the room was so cold. Finally to put it all together, they forgot to put a curtain in our room so when we went to bed a REALLY bright street light shined directly into our window. We messaged the front desk people about it to let them know and they offered us a room change… but also said it was sold out for the night. So instead of potentially getting moved to another hotel or something we just stayed in the room. We stay at Hilton hotels (silver almost gold status) all around the country and this one was brand new but … wow. The little things weren’t there.
