We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times when visiting family in the area. It's been very clean on each visit, which is the main thing I look for. It seems pretty updated. Rooms are quiet. Normally in other hotels I get angry at the people in surrounding rooms, but never hear people next to us, above or below us, so that's a super plus for me. We only hear people if they're loud in the hallway, but it barely happened. Maybe we've just been lucky with the other guests, but I think there is good soundproofing between rooms compared to other hotels.

It is next to the highway, which we heard on our most recent stay, that was on the road side of the building. I didn't notice it on the other side, but last time the AC was running the whole time, so it could have drowned it out.

We also stay here because they are one of the few hotels that allow dogs. Not much area for a dog to do business, but it's not a big deal since we go to our family's home and neighborhood immediately in the morning after breakfast.

Breakfast, I would consider above average since they change up the meat and eggs throughout the week. I enjoy the Southwest omelet quite a bit when they have it, and the diagonally sliced sausages. They have the oatmeal and stuff and waffle maker things as well.

I used the gym on my latest visit just to run. Small gym with the basics. Dumbbells, benches, med ball, mat, a Peloton, and some treadmills. They have towels, a little water station, and cleaning wipes. My only issue is I wish the wall the bike/treadmills face had a plain wall or a mirror, because the wall paper really messed with my eyes every time I looked down at my stats or tried to adjust speed. Very disorienting, at least for me.

My only real qualm about the room is the low water pressure in the shower. Also it would be nice if it had a fan for the steam.

But yeah, we'll probably keep staying here and hopefully we won't be priced out in the future!

Not only did they charge my card twice for a reservation that I cancelled 12 days prior, but I still have not received a refund. The front office lady I spoke to yesterday was also extremely dismissive and unhelpful. I want my money back on my card. How can you check someone in for a reservation that was cancelled 12 days prior. They also authorized my card for an incidental charge of $50. Someone seems to have been lazy and just didn't care to make sure they were doing their job properly. I literally just got an email asking me to rate my stay! I DID NOT STAY HERE! THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED. I DID NOT CHECK IN!

I had to evacuate due to LA fires and windstorms and arrived at the Hampton Inn. Alicia (I hope that’s how you spell it) in the front desk was absolutely amazing. She made sure my check in was smooth and even got me checked in earlier. When I had to extend my stay due to the evacuation notices, she was quick to resolve any hiccups along the way. She’s an angel who came right on time during some of the scariest times of my life. Very appreciative! Amazing service!

This hotel was clean and staff was nice. Our room was clean and good amount of space. The only drawback was the highway noise, obviously out of the hotels control. I made sure that the heaters fan was constantly on and it helped some of the road noise. The breakfast had lots of options as well.

No fuss hotel. Checked in online, got my virtual key, went in, that's about it. Clean, breakfast is ok, and the front desk staff is there if you need them. Plenty of parking. What stands out is the location. Super easy access to 91 and the surrounding areas. Very practical

The hot tub was cold, the air conditioner in our room didn't work, the beds were so uncomfortable, and the traffic noise was awful. Not worth your money.
