This hotel ranked in the top 10 that I have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The workout room was wonderful and included a scale to weigh yourself. The morning hot breakfast was exceptional and included many things so that everyone could be satisfied. I talked to the staff while getting coffee at 5:00 a.m. And they were so nice and pleasant and I felt like I was home. I must give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Jasper, Alabama. Two big thumbs up!

Everything is great, but they gave my ex-husband a key card to my room. They didn't follow any policies, just gave him access to my room. I hope the night shift guy doesn't work there anymore because that's a safety issue.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Bent over backwards to accommodate us. Room was nice, heat worked well. Breakfast was lacking some healthier options, however it can be hard to offer healthy options and have them sitting out for hours too. The only thing I would say bad is the location which the hotel can do nothing about. It is really close to the hospital and we heard sirens all night. Again not the hotels fault but bring some ear plugs. Great little hotel.

Nice little hotel clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is a little lacking. We had to knock on the door to find somebody after waiting over for five minutes and then she was not the nicest person in the world, but the rest of the hotel and the staff in the am made up for it.

Very nice hotel for Jasper! The rooms were immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wonderful spread of options. The pool was open, but it wasn’t clean at all. There were tons of dead bugs in it and it needed lots of attention. However, it is early in the swimming season so it may not have been detailed yet. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our getaway! Will definitely stay here again!
