Hampton Inn Downtown Freeport has a nice welcoming lobby. In the morning they offer complimentary buffet breakfast.

Rooms are nice and cozy. My only recommendation would for them to improve shower heads 🚿. It shows signs of outdated. Towels I think needs to be replaced. They look too washed out (bleached out), too much.

Otherwise if you’re looking to stay at this hotel, I would recommend it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location was ideal in accordance with my group function. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms with ample space in the bathroom. Spacious lobby and breakfast area. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast items, both hot and cold. Easy access to the street.

Best hotel in Freeport! I stay here whenever I’m in town. Great breakfast, clean rooms, modern design, comfortable beds and friendly staff. What else could you ask for. Oh, and a restaurant is attached to the hotel. How nice!

Positive: The coffee and tea bar! I was at this station probably 4-5 times a day and the cups are adorable. Free breakfast was great, staff was courteous, and the room was comfortable. Negative: The air conditioner and refrigerator were very loud. As were the street sounds. When it rained we had a leak where the air conditioner was installed. Outside the locals are a little too friendly, asking for cigarettes and money. This is not on the hotel.

Consistently good hotel chain with comfortable beds, convenient locations, had a great breakfast! Located downtown near some restaurants and bars, free parking and a restaurant connected next-door to the hotel.

Perfect for what we needed. Staff was very kind and helpful, rooms were big enough and clean. We only stayed one night so not much exploring around the hotel but we felt very safe location wise. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options.

This place was perfect for us, he was working I was visiting and we were in town during the fair so we were able to attend. All in all some updates are needed but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional! The onsite restaurant... This is it... Is fantastic food, drinks, and Shelia and her staff were fantastic!!! Several places within walking distance. My only complaint is breakfast bust not specific to this Hampton Inn... All Hamptons need to reconsider the soggy potatoes and taste of their meat... This Hampton had delicious eggs and offered a variety of waffle flavors which I haven't seen before and we travel a lot (my husband travels for work). I would definitely stay here again and look forward to it?

Positive: The breakfast was very good and kept us full until we returned and ate at the adjacent restaurant for dinner. Negative: No trolley for luggage. We were told there were 2 if them, but even after searching all the floors weren't able to locate one. It made schlepping baggage difficult with a broken foot
