We have stayed at this hotel several times. We had one issue in our room. Kash was on duty at the receptionist desk and he took care of us wonderfully! He was very caring, respectful, and provided wonderful customer service.

I highly recommend this hotel. Their service is top notch, beds are super comfortable, pillows are soft, but small, rooms are clean and efficient.

We will be back again in a week and half.

The staff was very kind and the common areas were clean, we observed cleaning taking place throughout our stay. However, our room was deplorable. As an "owner" of Hilton Grand Vacation Club, I am embarrassed that this hotel is in our portfolio. Dated doesn't even begin to describe the room, calling it small is generous, calling it clean would be a lie. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the corners were dirty, the shower - while it had great pressure - hasn't been updated since at least the 80's. The drawers were so difficult to open on one nightstand that it pulled away from the wall when we tried. The carpet was sticky, damp and smelly. There was little room to do anything but sleep there, the space between the bed and the wall/"kitchen" area was embarrassing. And, while the staff did their best to make it a pleasant stay it just wasn't. They didn't even clean our room the entire 4 days of our stay. I believe my "points" should be returned as I would have never paid to stay in this hotel and will not again.

The staff was not helpful. Acted like we were inconveniencing them. The bed linens were not comfortable. The sheets are NOT cotton. The air conditioning was cool but VERY humid. Everything felt damp. The bathroom needs updating. Not what I felt Hampton Inn should be. Will not stay there again.

Larry must be the plumber for this tired hotel, long *ss screws hold the faucet handle on in the shower. Towel used by previous room occupants was hanging on the bathroom door. Elevator is noisy and slow. Breakfast was offered but scarce.

Consistently Excellent Service at This Hotel

I'm thrilled to leave a 5-star review for this hotel after my extended stay over the past 7 months. As someone who has had terrible experiences at 4 other hotels, I can say with confidence that this establishment stands out for its consistently excellent service.

The standout during my many visits was Kash, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever we encountered an issue with our room, Kash addressed it promptly and professionally, never making us feel like a burden. He also provided great local recommendations for places to eat, which was much appreciated.

It's clear the staff at this hotel, led by Kash, are committed to providing top-notch hospitality. Even though we were staying here frequently due to a home construction project, they treated us like valued guests every single time. I'm so grateful for their attentive service and care.

I will absolutely be returning to this hotel in the future and have no hesitations in recommending it to others. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff makes it a true gem. Thank you, Kash and the entire team, for helping make a stressful situation much more manageable.

The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate us.We were in town to visit family. We booked this hotel to use the pool during the day. However, the pool pump wasn't working. It looks like the pool has not worked in a while or been cleaned. The staff did send out someone to look at the pool to discover the pump was broken. They offered to let us use their sister’s hotel indoor pool. If you choose this hotel for the pool look elsewhere. It is hot and summer; the pool should be working if offered as an amenity.

My family and I drove 6 hours yesterday to be here due to the loss of a family member. We stayed at the Days Inn in Enterprise and had the worst experience with our room. We were moved to another room this morning and it was even worse. I brought issues to the staff's attention and told them we were checking out.
I found Hampton on Google and called them and got a reservation. We left Days Inn and immediately came to Hampton where we were greeted by the amazing staff. I told them the reason for us being here and what we had to deal with at the Days Inn. Everyone was so helpful.
We have checked in and we have a very clean room, comfy beds, clean bathroom, and again the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Hampton to anyone needing to stay in the area.

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding, along with our guests. When we arrived, the shower door was barely on the hinges and immediately fell completely off when I tried to open it; we had to shower with no shower door. One bedroom lamp was hanging by wires. The room/air conditioning/carpet had a general musky/damp smell. There was also an issue with our room not having a card on file despite me making the arrangements ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in after our wedding reception. My parents also stayed here and when they arrived for check-in at 3:15, they were told their room was not ready and needed to be cleaned and should take approx. 30 minutes. After waiting the 30 min, they were told the cleaning staff had still not started on their room. This is all completely unacceptable for a hotel, and I expect more from a Hampton Inn. We will NEVER be returning and I will be sure to warn all others about this terrible hotel and experience.
