This is my second time at this hotel and i honestly love it. This time we brought our puppies. The staff is always so friendly and the breakfast bar is always my favorite because they have a waffle maker. Their coffee is ok but it does the job. I love that they have complimentary items that you might forget to pack like tooth paste, razor, Advils, etc… the rooms are always clean!!! On and their skin products/ shower items are also very nice and clean smelling.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn when we were in Chula Vista on October 11 and 12 to attend the Viewing and Funeral Services of a deceased relative. My wife and I had a positive experience. However, it's worth mentioning the descripancy in the shower area, which happens to be with disability and mobility access. The shower curtain is about 2 inches short off the shower floor, which allows the water to splash out and water to leak outside the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I reported this to the Front Desk and, at the same time, requested additional towels.

Great customer service! Irvan at the front desk was professional and polite. Rooms clean and a great location. We stayed overnight for a funeral in the area. I would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience with Hampton Inn Eastlake! We had a discounted room block for our wedding in July 2024. The hotel is beautiful and has free breakfast and an excellent gym and pool/spa area. They are also located within a short drive to many stores and restaurants, with plenty of parking onsite.

Karina Parra assisted us with the discounted wedding room block and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help our guests with extending reservations on multiple occasions and she was always quick, efficient, and friendly in her communication. Thank you so much for providing such excellent service. We are so happy that we went with the Hampton Inn Eastlake to host our out-of-town guests! It was a truly seamless experience and gave us peace of mind knowing our guests were taken care of.

Friendly staff and a nice room. OK breakfast. Stayed here and got to the CBX quickly from there for a flight to Los Cabos.

Attended a debut at this hotel on 6/29/2024 (5pm-10pm) and one of the front desk personnel came to the event room and told the DJ who was just doing a sound check at 5pm for 3 minutes that it was too loud and guests are complaining. Even threatened us that they will shut the party down. Quiet hours starts at 10pm and it’s an event place, what did they really expect? It even states in the contract according to the event planner. The family spent so much money for this event and that just totally ruined the mood of the party. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone for an event. Take your business somewhere else. What a disappointment.
