Had a great stay! We had a little Ant problem. Sandra took care of it. She was very helpful and nice. Front desk was very nice and I felt valued. It's a little ways out, I don't drive. But it'll definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly located. It’s right across from the NIU conference center, and it’s also right near a restaurant row of all kinds of dining at all price points. Staff is also very friendly and helpful, with a veteran manager in place who knows what they’re doing. Housekeeping and everyone there has smiles on their faces and they go out of their way for guests. It goes beyond what you expect from a limited service hotel.

Loved our room because of the double shower heads in the accessible bathroom.
The king size bed was very firm and the linens were nice and soft.
The room was clean and the heat worked very well.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
I would stay here again.

We were traveling through and chose this location. We thought the employees were all helpful and polite. The coffee bar ran out of hot water for hot chocolate duringthebreakfastrush. Told the breakfast attendant and she quickly refilled. Seemed to be a relaxed place. We noticed they had lots of restaurants and nearby. Both desk attendants were very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this time I just had to. My stay at this location was pleasant and comfortable, will definitely make it a regular hotel for me. Great service.

We stayed here on a visit to Wheaten College and were able to get a hotel discount by booking through the college website. The hotel had a great location. There were a few restaurants within walking distance but several options for food and shopping just a short drive away. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean and the breakfast options were good for a free hotel breakfast. It was a great hotel for the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in the area.

The staff is super nice! Rooms were clean. Location was perfect for our plans and proximity to 88.

This is really good. As soon as my wife and I walked inside this Hampton Inn we both looked at each other and said, “it smells so clean and fresh in here." That utterance reflected the other areas that we came in contact with as well. During check in our Honors status was acknowledged with a customer friendly smile. We felt so welcomed. The grounds, lobby and rooms were nice as well. Much kudos to your staff, and to you, manager of Naperville, IL Hampton Inn…keep doing what you’re doing. Again, we had a comfortable stay and that always speaks for itself. See you next time.
