Our room was clean and the staff was super nice. We especially had a great experience at breakfast. Sara was so sweet and made sure we were stocked with snacks for our long day of driving. We all left with full bellies and a smile on our face thanks to her. We will definitely be staying there again.

Room is fine, just some simple maintenance needed. Cleaning personnel need to notify maintenance when desk light fixture needs work. Light shroud is detached and hanging on the actual bulb. Oththan that, everything is good. I definitely stay here again though. Always clean rooms

For a small city in Iowa, I'm impressed with this hotel! Walked to HyVee next door for dinner & conveiently got gas in the morning. Good experience from check-in through breakfast. We stay a lot of hotels in our travels. I plan to book more Hampton Inns in the future. Using rewards points seems easier also.

My husband and I do a lot of travel. We love Hampton Inns and associated Hilton hotels. We do not recommend staying at the Hampton Inn Keokuk, Iowa. We arrived late and when we awakened in the morning noticed ANTS 🐜 everywhere! All over the tv stand on our luggage, on the floor. It was disgusting! My husband went to shower and it was only hot water - the cold water didn’t work. The host refunded our room - Hampton/Hilton should not have their name associated with this building.

This is our go to hotel when staying in the Keokuk, Iowa area. We have been meaning to leave a review for a while now and wanted to thank Hailey for being so helpful and friendly during our most recent stay and as always, Sara L. for the great breakfast hospitality and conversations. The housekeeping and other staff also does a great job as well keeping the rooms clean and nice for each stay. We will be back and will see you all then!

The staff is amazing! So genuine and happy to help. Good breakfast. 2 issues, no water pressure in the shower and I think the most uncomfortable toilet seat ever made, other than that great room great staff. Will definitely return when in town

Good experience here overnight while traveling. It was good to stretch our legs & walk next door to Hy-Vees for some food late in the evening after check in. Clean rooms. Genuinely friendly service from the front desk.

This was an eye opening experience dealing with Heather and her staff please never be cordial they will take it the wrong way! it was the most disgusting experience ever!! Heather was very unprofessional once she realized I keep all conversations so there would be no misunderstanding about anything! the rooms were ok, breakfast was so so location was great! revamp the staff maybe the hotel would be ok
