The room was ok except it was right by the stairs so we heard the door slam all day and night. The tile floor was sticky and the carpet was not vacuumed. The bathroom had ants. The front desk didn’t deliver towels even though they said they would. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not great.

When we checked in September 21, 2024, the clerk said she would have to keep my license as a formal I.D. regarding returning my Room Key. That's "stupidity" #1. How does a guest drive car without a license and isn't the guest on file & credit card #2 Do the guest have to turn in the room key every time he leaves giving the clerk or anyone else access to the guest's room? # 3. No one was at the desk at 9pm September 21, 2024. There were kids running rampant downstairs. They were playing with the computer, water bottle, coffee maker and no one was watching them. Even the food pantry was easy access for them. I waited downstairs for the clerk so I could purchase bottle water. No one came. If there were a camera on, it should have caught what was going on. Also, the clerk on the morning of September 22, 2024 did not do anything to a homeless man who walked right in and made himself some coffee. Also, some for his companion sitting outside. Seems they were waiting for breakfast too. He must do it regularly because he knows just where the coffee's at and helps himself. The desk clerk just watched. The morning of the 23rd of September 2024. We were checking out. No ones at the counter!! MY I.D. WAS NEVER RETURNED!!

We stayed here from 9/13-9/15 and upon checkin, we noticed ants 🐜 in our room. I would have ignored one, but they were on our side tables, the chair, the tv console, and in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk, they said the hotel was fully booked and offered to spray bug spray. I asked for a discount at least, if we couldn’t be moved, and they said only Stephanie, the manager could approve that. The next day, I checked again, as now my sister had checked in and ALSO had ants in her room. There was also another guest complaining about ants all over their room. Front desk tried to tell me I was the only one complaining. Bottom line, they continued to book of their rooms, knowing they had an ant problem , then contued to say only Stephanie could discount the room. On Sunday upon checkout, we were forced to pay full price for ant infested room, even in bed and toothbrush , counters and shower I called Hilton and emailed Stephanie, was given a claim number but STILL have not heard back from either Stephanie or anyone from the company.

Stayed here for a week for a work trip and it’s been really nice. The breakfast in the morning is great (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles) and the coffee/tea bar all day is really nice. The rooms are decent size but housekeeping only comes on request, which I kept forgetting to request. Parking is free which is nice and there’s free cookies every evening in the lobby. The location is good, right next to downtown suisun city with a lovely water view and nice grassy areas. Overall I recommend and would stay here again for a leisure trip.

Love this location! I arrived flustered after leaving my original hotel upon arrival (struggling a/c) and needing a five-day stay. The front desk person, Justice, made me feel immediately at home and welcome! She is professional, positive, and knowledgable. The location is very nice with a pleasant area to walk around the water. My room feels new and is in great condition. And as far as staff -- Justice is an asset to this Hampton Inn! I have stayed in dozens of Hilton properties and she reflects the high Hilton standards of professionalism.

Hotel was good for the price. Nothing fancy. A bit of carpet corners rolling up in the room. Good location by baseball sports complex nearby. Front desk woman was super accommodating and kind. Hot tub not turned on. Pool pretty cold.
