This is an excellent hotel. My family recently stayed here on a trip thru the area. The front desk was quick to get us checked in. Wonderful breakfast. Even have top notch luggage carts for getting everything in and out. ||After leaving the hotel, and arriving at our week long destination, I realized I had left a piece of luggage in the room. Called the hotel and they assured me all was ok and they had found it when they cleaned the room. With a more than 5 hour drive back to the hotel, I told them I would pick it up on my way back thru. Gave my name and info. A week later, I stopped back by and the desk clerk had it locked up in an office and the luggage was just as I left it. They said it was their policy to make that happen. Much appreciated! I look forward to staying at this property again.

Staff is friendly, Danielle at the front desk has been amazing everything! Rooms are clean and nice sized. Breakfast is great compared to most other hotels, Alice variety of things for everyone. Even the breakfast crew is super hospitable.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good but the housekeeping was awful. We were in the room for 3 days and never once did they ever come in to service and even had to go and get our own towels and washrags. Mentioned it to the front desk about it and they didn't offer to straighten until the day we were checking out. We won't be staying there again.

Check in was a breeze. It was quick, and painless. I was greeted by the friendliest of staff. She made sure my HH Rewards was attached to the res without me even asking. I highly recommend paying this location a visit. Clean hotel. Nice little gym. Restaurants in walking distance.

Solid four stars. Pros: Newer building with modern touches. Nice work spaces and updated elevators etc. Room was very clean and modernized. Excellent shower. Staff friendly and very helpful. Cons: Bed was slightly misshapen and mattress hard. Light from the hallway comes through the door, and door doesn't seem to plum correctly. Hanging door on the bathroom has gaps, so privacy was compromised. Asside from great cofee, breakfast was mediocre. Eggs inedible. Overall, would stay again!

Felt like new. Clean, modern. Comfortable bed. Decent water pressure (even on the top floor). Ok-size room. Breakfast was pretty-much the usual fare. They ran out of eggs at 8:15. Biscuits were quite tasty, though. Great location, just off the interstate; close to numerous restaurants.|Decent rate, but taxes and fees seemed high.. I'd stay again.

Two-Touring-The-US

Perfect location right off I-65, with several restaurants for dining and gas stations for refueling. We stopped overnight on our way to Panama City Beach.|Our room was very large, comfortable and clean. The front desk clerk acknowledged our Diamond membership level and provided appropriate complimentary items. She was very kind, pleasant and helpful.|Breakfast was one of the best with many options and wide variety. The tables were not clean and we never saw the employees in that area, but everything was well stocked. |We would highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

Nearly perfect stay in nice newer clean hotel. Only issue was noisy vibrating chatter from the AC unit. Requested fix but maintenance thought it was ok so took no action.
