This is also part of Empire Park. A Gingko tree was used to make the statue. It is beautiful. The view of the river is nice to. A really nice playground for the kids to play on. A shelter, boat launch and bathrooms.

The park is the best part. And it's part of a very long bike trail that goes all along the riverfront. In this portion there are nice views of the islands in the river and beaches.

Attended a birthday celebration for many people. The food was catered and the bar sold soft drinks, etc. The DJ spun records, so guests could dance on the dance floor. Plenty of tables for a crowd. Beautiful place with many windows.

We recently held our 50th wedding anniversary there and it did not disappoint!! It was a beautiful day so we had photos taken indoors and outdoors also.
Sheree worked with us to help us with where to have our catered food setup, our dj setup and also setting up the tables and chairs which helped us out very much!! She was very informative and we appreciated her suggestions.
It's a very nice venue that we would recommend to anyone having a party. We had around 130 guests and it was perfect.
It was very clean and well maintained. Sheree showed us where everything was and how the lighting and fans were and how everything worked.
The rent was very reasonable and we were very pleased with our experience.
We highly recommend The Heritage Center!! We would definitely rent it again!! Sheree was very easy to work with and we appreciated all of her help!!

My husband and I hosted both our wedding ceremony and reception at this wonderful venue. The ceremony was held in front of the tree, and the sunlight pouring through the windows created a very magical and romantic setting. Switching over to the reception was done with easy and we provided our guests our own homemade food instead of going with catering. The grounds of the Heritage Center also provide a very stunning background for photos. Overall the staff was very friendly, the venue and grounds immaculate, and everyone in attendance agreed that thia was truly one of the most beautiful weddings they had attended.
