What a classy and historic venue! My wife and I attended a wedding reception here on NYE, and it could not have been better. The wedding was in Beardstown, so a little ways away, but absolutely worth it. The staff was all about great service. I found myself wanting to take a break from the music and dancing, so I wandered around checking out all the historical info posted in the halls. Hamilton's is rightfully proud of its history and contributions to the local economy over the years. Overall a great experience!

Hamiltons catered our wedding dinner and provided the bar service. They did a great job with everything, including food that tasted amazing and a bar service that never made people wait and was fully stocked the day before to make sure everything went smoothly. The owner was at our event as well, making sure my wife and I had everything we needed the entire night! Highly recommend this amazing team.

This is a wonderful catering service!!! They catered my friend’s 70th Birthday Celebration at the Venue 1929 on November 9th! The food was delicious, plentiful and the service was great!!! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful venue. Large space great for weddings. The dance floor is in the center of the room. Service was excellent. Drink refills, assistance, questions, clearing the table...all done quickly and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and kept up.

Hamilton’s catered my wedding and I cannot say enough good things about them. Ashley was phenomenal at getting back to me in a timely manner and helping me with every single aspect of our wedding meal. They accommodated our gluten free and vegan guests, they were prompt and well staffed, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so pleasant to work with. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food and I am so very pleased with how it all turned out. I could not have asked for a better caterer for our special day.

The fact that this place assumes they own the parking lots makes it impossible to park where I live. Their events consistently block me from being able to park coming home from work. Their actual labeled parking lot 9/10 is empty or near empty because no one wants to park there. I'm understanding when their lot is filled, but when noncustomers park there they have the audacity to call police on vehicles stating it's their parking lot. I just want to not walk almost a block away from my home because of this company's entitlement and the city just let's it happen because they make them money. It's ridiculous. Of course nobody cares that the little guys that don't make the city as much money and general housing around them. For that kind of attitude alone I'm giving them a low rating.

I have been to countless Hamilton's events and they have all went off without a hitch. I have hosted a few bridal showers in their Westside Room and they have always been so great to work with - always responsive in planning and so very accommodating when setting up and during the event. We just had our wedding reception at their 110 ballroom and all I can say about their staff and service is wow. Everyone knows their food is great (yummm fried chicken). But to say they go above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect is still cutting it short. George, Gina, Ashley, everyone that worked that night - thank you so very much!!
