This place is great! Had the Mami chicken soup the wait time is a little long but it worth it because the food come out fresh and hot and when I went home that it take 30 minutes by bus and walking the food was still hot like it just came out! Just perfect😁❤

Finally, this place is closer to my home! They have a lot of choices! One review mentioned this old lady - yes, I saw her there too. I don’t feel like she’s very happy about their job. Nevertheless, we ate there and they provided paper plates, utensils, and some water. Def would come back again!

This is my first time trying this new restaurant and am sad. I ordered a classic halo halo with ube icecream. I was excited to receive it but on my way home I tried to eat it and couldn't because the hole for the lid is too small and the spoon doesn't fit in the hole. It gets stuck easily making it impossible to eat it because it was filled past the brim of the cup not the lid. I couldn't take the lid off or else it would all fall out. So I had to sadly let the icecream and ice melt not being able to eat it properly. When I got home I had to use a straw but that's not how it's meant to be eaten. It's not a milkshake.

Terrible service. Ordered lumpia, told them I also wanted ice cream while I waited. They said ok and then proceeded to ignore me for 18 min. They were filling a couple door dash orders and then just forgot I was standing there with my son waiting for the ice cream. My lumpia came out after being freshly made and I reminded them I had been waiting for ice cream. They apologized and asked what kind I wanted. After telling them the flavor they stated it was "too melted to sell". Obviously my son was upset. Well not be going back and will definitely tell my friends to avoid.

I’m giving it a five as the staff was so kind & helped us with selection. It was a great tasting Halo Halo dessert. Thanks again to the young man who helped with selection. I just love the ambience of this place. Very clean & the words on the wall is what everyone needs to see! Thank you!!!

We always go to this place whenever there's chance, and the trip is always worth it! My mom especially loves their Classic halo-halo with beans. My husband likes the Ube over Load! I like their Fish & shrimp lumpia!
Everything is good there even the customer service! 😋🤟🍨

Nice to have a Halo-Halo store with Filipino foods nearby. GinaBee was hungry for the Halo-Halo Special with Avocado ice cream.

Today, I ordered the Chicken Adobo Plate with Steamed Rice from the Halo-Halo Store in Otay Ranch. $12.95 plus tax, it came to $14.08. This is a traditional Filipino dish, where the chicken pieces are cooked in vinegar,,soy sauce and garlic. Some folks add bay leaves. Others add cubed potatoes. This store’s recipe was okay. They also offer yellow rice as an alternative (white rice cooked with turmeric and garlic).
