$700 of my dollars went down the drain quickly. Arrived at a location not a soul should’ve entered while under full construction in an old Chase bank & was told to wash my hair prior to arrival. Prior to arriving to appointment I sent pics of wanted hairstyle and explained it was my first sew-in so when asked if I wanted a part my answer was yes not knowing it required natural hair leave out. Regardless of hairstyle switch at the last second due to stylist attempt to flat iron my 4c hair on unmatched hair. Stylist was extremely distracted, unable to hold word of re-schedule properly, nor ever showed me where $400 worth of hair purchased from stylist came from. The secondary stylist not associated with this company who took the horrible style down within three days could see the tension on edges and the rush. Hair itched horribly due to untreated Yaki hair used as base for braids. Never again! Waste yall money if you want to. Never even received partial refund to prevent posting this horrible experience.

Hair Artistry in Blue Island, has an amazing atmosphere it’s so nice and clean with beautiful decor! I come to this salon every two weeks for services.

I enjoy the entire experience while being here. Everyone is so nice‼️They have excellent customer service! I enjoy this salon because they really care about how clients are being treated!

They offer water, sodas, fruit! They have nice furniture, nice hair dryers!

To top it all, They have some Amazing Stylists! I Love ❤️ my hair every time!!!

Friendly, clean, relaxing environment! To be greeted at the door and have someone take my coat was a plus! Social distancing, sanitizing, masks worn… I was comfortable and confident that my hair would be laid but I wouldn’t leave sick. The other stylists were very friendly as well. Going back immediately!
