We purchased a brand new hot tub from this business last year. When the hot tub was finally delivered and installed, it was warped (they committed to providing new side panels and we still don't have them a year after we purchased) the hot tub was missing the steps (they committed to delivering to us later and we still don't have them a year after we purchased the tub) and our new hot tub was severely leaking. After patiently waiting for resolution of our defective hot tub and allowing this business H2All LLC (formerly Spirit Mountain Spas) time to rectify, we had no choice but to ask for our money back or for them to provide us with a replacement tub. They have not responded back to such requests and unfortunately, this has turned into a nightmare situation. We spent a considerable amount of money and time/patience with this business and it is extremely disappointing they have not responded/resolved this for us. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this business to anyone else.

This used to be a good store with good service. Last year my hot tub developed a leak. Spirit Mountain Spas evaluated it and said the pump was leaking. They replaced it with a new pump but it continued to leak. They no longer have the employees capable of troubleshooting it and couldn't even find me help from Billings. I ended up getting rid of the hot tub.
