Place seemed clean and massage was excellent! But mood was completely ruined once it was time to pay. Paid $160 for service and left a $15 tip the two ladies in the front got mad and didn’t even try to hide it. I paid for my service and as far as I know tips are optional them acting this way completely ruined the experience

Went in for a massage and I only had a certain amount of money I could spend. It was a good massage except I don’t know why she was putting her elbows in my bones that hurt so bad!! I only had money for 8$ tip and she was angry and threw the money. Extremely embarrassing since there was people behind me. Tips are optional! Making customers feel bad about tips are not okay. I’m personally in a customer service position and I never require tips!! Extremely rude. I won’t be coming back . I used to love going here too until this happened. Very upsetting

My husband and I have been going to this place on and off for full body massage once to three times a month for about 2 or so years now. We know everyone’s name ( and their forte)by now and they are all good at what they do. All the ladies - Helen, Lulu, Linda, Anne…are very hard working and we feel they truly care about us. I have seen some of the recent ugly reviews. It made us sad because we were never treated that way. H Massage has been truly a blessing…

Love this place. Owner is the nicest lady ever and they do the best massages. Hot stones are included at no extra price. Legitimate small business that truly cares about the customers. I have never experienced any of the staff give an attitude over tipping like other reviews post. My wife and I try to go at least once a month.

I suffer from chronic Migraines and when I have a bad migraine that meds can’t resolve, I always run to H Massage for relief and they always find the right areas to target my pain.

Worst massage. Girls don’t know what they are doing. She massaged my bones and left me in pain. I don’t understand the good reviews? My fiancé agrees, same experience.

Owner was nice to reach out, but I am VERY upset I had to pay at all. The $5 coupon she offered was a joke.

Went back for my 3rd 60 minute massage. They have a room for a couple to get massage at some time. The best deal. Feels clean, the workers know their stuff, was comfortable and so relaxed after. Totally recommend!
