Well, this place looks nice. But the German cockroach that ran across the floor at 5 p.m. with all the lights on tells me everything I need to know. Wish we would have checked the reviews and seen the bedbug infestation others reported. So for the night I'm sleeping in my work truck. Don't waste your money unless you're fine with bringing bedbugs and roaches home with you. I just walked back in and flipped the sheet, wouldn't you know it.... we have bedbugs too.

bed bug infested someone I know overheard the housekeepers and owner fussing about it!!! The housekeeper was wanting to go get more stuff to get rid of them but the owner was against it!!!

Positive: The location was great. Front desk was great housekeepers to use some better manners and be more polite. Negative: The housekeepers none of them would say hello and when you ask for anything they get smart with you and act like you¿re supposed to know that there¿s housekeepers for certain sections. If I could give no stars I would. To start with, the people at the front desk were rude and didn’t know how to do their job. There were three different stains on the sheets, stains all over the walls and headboards, and the entire floor was covered in dirt. There was a used washcloth and hairs all over the bathroom. The final straw was a roach crawling by the bed. We left at 1:30 after being there for less than an hour to find another room at another. Also, we were unable to get a refund because the hotel claimed we stayed the night.

DANGEROUS PLACE TO STAY! DO NOT GET A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL! The rooms are terrible. Unclean, uncomfortable beds-warped mattresses. Broken loud bathroom fan. A very nasty stickey TV remote. Loud parking lot. Loud cars and loud people, music. Atmosphere was unsafe. Constant loud foot traffic on the floor above. Could not rest at all. I checked out and canceled my reservation not long after check in. I checked into another hotel that night through Priceline. I stayed at the Comfort Inn just up the street. It was a relief to say the least. They care about the customer. The "Guest House" was notified by "Booking" to refund me due to these issues. They ignored Booking and ignored my emails as well. I still have not been refunded. They have not tried to contact me at all. "The Guest House" DOES NOT care about the customer and has an unsatisfactory hotel.

Evacuated here, rooms are very nice and staff is friendly. Pet friendly and allows smoking which I needed a separate room for my son.

This hotel is horrible staff is very rude. Especially one of there cleaning ladies named Bridgett. She has to of had the worst attitude of anyone I’ve ever met. She literally walks around hotel dropping the F bomb. I pay almost $1,750 a month to stay here and she and the other staff talk to me like I’m trash saying she hopes I don’t stay again! Like who talks to paying customers like that? Take it from me don’t stay here just to save a $$ it’s not worth it spend the extra money and keep going down the rd!!

Stayed a couple nights no issues besides scratching so I got off work to come get my family’s stuff where my hubby finds a bed bug and we searched and we’ll pics says words.. Husband calls front says we can tell house keeping but no refund.. Not our first stay but will be our last..
