Where to start? First, the owner is a gem. When I first walked in she greeted me like we have known each other for years. Made me feel right at home. Second, the ambiance of the place is perfect for a massage. Last but not least my therapist Kelly was amazing. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. Great pressure, very attentive to what I needed work on, and just an overall very pleasant person. I can not recommend this place enough.

From the moment you walk into Grounded Body Works, you're greeted by the friendliest front desk staff and surrounded by an absolutely breathtaking and calming space.

I had my second lymphatic massage with Jacinthe, and she is an incredible healer. Her expertise and knowledge are unmatched—she not only provided deep relaxation but also truly healed my body and taught me techniques to continue the benefits at home.

My husband also attended his second neuromuscular massage with Angel, and it has been transformative in addressing old injuries and keeping him strong for the demanding work he does.

What truly sets this place apart is the top-tier service. After our first visit, the owner took the time to ask about our food preferences and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in the area that we’re still using today. This level of care and attention is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I worked with Sarah and she really helped me relax my muscles in the back legs and arms. She was really good and educated about the massage therapy and we had a good massage session. I would never blink an eye in recommending this place to someone or coming back here with my entire family I’m super delighted to meet everybody at the front and With the pleasant memories that I’m taking back would definitely recommend this to anyone.

What stands out to me most is the receptionists superb customer service skills. The massage was good, I fell asleep! I went in with sciatic nerve pain and left practically skipping out. I can’t remember the MT’s name though 🫢

This is my go to place for bodywork and hair in Palm Springs. We will sometimes book appointments at our home and sometimes have the appointment at the spa. Both are great. Jen the owner is a great person and a great resource. If you are not sure about what you want just ask and she will match you to the right provider. The space she has created is clean and fresh and minimal. It feels very comfortable and welcoming. I am always so happy to be there. I think I’ve been going to this spa since 2019. That alone says a lot about the experience. I also highly recommend the home massage experience. If you have the space for it, it’s a great indulgence. Parking at the spa is plentiful. Cannot recommend Jen’s wonderful place more highly.

Grounded Bodyworks is such a hidden gem and I'm so happy I decided to book with them. After booking a last minute weekend getaway to Palm Springs, I was a little late to find a decent massage/facial package at any of the local day spas so I tried here.

The massage with Giselle was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She asked if I had any areas I needed extra help on and periodically checked in with me throughout the appointment.

They also accommodated me and squeezed me in for a facial at the end of the day which was also very relaxing. If I could give them more stars I would!

I was looking for a refill for lash extension on our short stop in Palm Springs. I was lucky and got a appointment with Raquel who made a great job! Salon is very clean and nice interior. Owner was at the front desk and super nice and welcoming. Thank you so much for the great lashes and made me feel comfortable. I would go back anytime and I highly recommend Grounded Bodyworks🫶🏼👌🏼🩷
