I was very happy with our stay. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a cast and blast weekend. We were able to park our boat no problem, and you can't beat the commute to the boat launch. Communication was great and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place! We stayed for our first time last week. The room was very clean, everything functioned like it should and they were very accommodating with us on our arrival time. It is a well run family business, very friendly and they made sure if we needed anything they would be happy to accommodate us.

Visited about 6 times for May & fall fishing a couple of times. Greg, a veteran, and their family do a fantastic job of making your stay cozy with boat parking for rooms, a grill, and outside seating. A Little
in-store for needed items, bait, snacks, and grocery items. Have been open many years have done great with keeping up with our times.

I have had health issues for the last 2 years, and I look forward to a return soon.

What a cute little place! Like the fact it is totaly family owned & managed! The rooms are very clean with everything you might need. Love the little kitchen area! We were able to have a gathering of friends on the cute patio! The great little store was so convenient & had amazing coffee! If you're looking for a place to stay on Lake Selbyville and you're not a camper, this is the place!

Members of our family have been staying here for over 12 years for an annual family reunion. We have stayed in almost all of the rooms and the duplex fishing cabin. The fishing cabin has a connecting door. Each side has a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and a small single size sink to prepare meals. The whole family meets under the pavilion to eat together. Two of the motel room door knobs had problems and a repairman was called immediately to correct the problems. Rich and the family are very friendly and accommodating. It is within a lengthy walk to the beach and driving access to the marina where you can rent a pontoon boat. You will be pleased to stay here. We already have our reservations made for next year.

Haven't been to lake Shelbyville in a long time but back again to Gregory's for our weekend away. Had a great time on the water and loved our time off the water relaxing at Gregory's where you always find a great atmosphere and everything you need. It was my boys first trip and they loved staying in the cabin and getting snacks at the general store. We'll be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We stumbled upon this property and couldn't be happier. We stayed in one of the cabin units which was perfect for us. Rich and his team made us feel welcome the moment we arrived and checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Although we didn't attend breakfast due to our daughter's food allergy, there were always people there and it smelled amazing!

We used Lithia Springs Marina for our fishing boat and Gregory's Landing was a perfect location just next door.

We can't wait to come back!

I stayed two nights at Gregory’s. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a hot shower with ample towels. Everything worked fine. The owner is very friendly and everyone who works there was very helpful. I’d stay there again.

Me and 2 friends stayed a second time at Gregory’s. Everything was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their assistance with a serious car problem. They put us in contact with an excellent mechanic who replaced the car’s generator.
