This place was great!! Always enjoy our stay.
I have to give a shout out to Robin! She makes sure the casino area is clean and nice! She's a 25 yr employee and has a great attitude! Great job GVR for hiring such a sweet lady!

People at the rewards center have no customer service skills. They got so old doing their job, they look unhappy and it reflects in their attitude towards their customers. They also need to replace their casino host Patrick terrible host also no customer service manners. They’re remodeling the casino which is good. Expect that machines are tight. I just wish they change the attitude of the workers. If you’re gonna have fun and waste your money, at least they better treat you right. I ordered a customized cake at the bakeshop online as I was told. Thinking my order went through a week before. Even speak to Noel over the phone that I was gonna drop by to the day prior to the event to pay for it. But nobody followed through. Excited thinking they made it only to find out they did not, they never offered a remedy. What a shame. The place is literally a dump. There are much better places to go to.

Got a 1 bedroom suite for Christmas eve and day. There are Stains on the couch, I didn't want to set on it. The couch was from the 70's and had a pull out sleeper. I called housekeeping and asked that they bring some bedding and pillows and make it up while we were out. Got back and pillows were there, no bedding. I called again, they brought bedding up and pulled out the sleeper and started to leave when I asked him if he could make up the bed. He said he hadn't been trained on that and left. This place was the bomb back in the 70's but they haven't upgraded anything since then. If this is 5 star I'll eat your hat. The grounds are very nicely manicured and beautiful pool area but the rooms, well, certainly aren't the Four Seasons standards. Hot water takes 10-15 minutes to arrive. The bathroom condiments are cheap, the TV is small and a poor attempt at upgrading from the black and white TV that was there prior. We have grandkids in the area so we'll be back, we won't be staying here, it's not worth the price they are asking.

Beautiful resort, the room felt a bit old and outdated, but other then that it was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season, gorgeous pool area, would definitely wanna come again during the open season. Large casino and movie theaters. Lots of options for food here inside the resort and nearby locations. Pretty close to the strip. It’s good for its price compared to other resorts

Best hotel night stay we've had in a while. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Location is convenient. Can't say enough about how awesome this place is. Loved our stay.

Went to get some food at “Winter at The Terrace”. The food was great, we especially liked the hot chocolate experience and the candied maple bacon. The igloo was nice and cozy. Nice decor in the backyard adds festive vibes. However, there were few dessert options, and overall the food felt a bit overpriced.

Another great return stay beginning right from the registration desk. We arrived early due to airline changes so they stored our luggage until room was available (early)! |The rooms are a bit dated but always very clean. We especially enjoy the beautiful outdoor area which is available day or night. Pool and spa are amazing. There’s a wide price range selection of restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Bottiglia Cucina. The Monday night dinner for 2 special was delicious-especially the tiramisu two ways!

Had a birthday party for friend from out of town. Service and food were amazing!! The Sommelier Brian was beyond helpful if helping us pick wines for dinner! Our server was beyond anything you could hope for. She has been there 20 years....and not one question went unanswered!! If you haven't been yo Hanks....go. also check out their happy hour!!!
