I’ve been passing by this place for years and always noticed the parking lot is ALWAYS full year around and now I finally see why!

I had a great time with my family at this indoor water park. Everything was clean from the hotel room to the common areas. The staff were very helpful when I was checking in. They had my favorite fast food chain, Dunkin’ Donuts on site and their other restaurants were decent also. Lots of activities for the kiddos. This place has everything you need for a great time.

A stay here isn't cheap by any means, but well worth it. We've been coming here for the past three years and always have a blast. Our eldest son who just turned 6 had fun playing the Magi Quest, where as the year before he didn't really have the patience for it. Also, be prepared for kids who try to cut and parents who don't care. But if you don't parent your child I will chime in ESPECIALLY if you make my child upset with your behavior. Anyways, we always get the Wolf pass ($70) which comes with Magi Quest Adventure + Wand + Topper or Belt, $5 Arcade card, 12oz candy cup, 1 scoop of ice cream, 1 admission for howlers peak, 1 game of bowling, 1 game of golf, and 1 admission for the mine maze. We spend the day at the water park and the night roaming around doing the other activities. If you want a good spot in the water park or outdoor pool you need to be there when the park opens because it gets crowded quick. Also if your child is on the spectrum like mine and gets overstimulated easily, then earmuffs are a must. We had to retreat to the room a few times to get him regulated. To save some money we bring our own Glowsticks and bubble wands to play with during the night dance party. I've heard of people staying at nearby hotels, which sounds smart, but we enjoy the convenience of having everything essentially right outside our doorstep. Also, if you book online they have the option to pay through monthly payments if you can't afford everything right off the bat.

I would give zero stars if it was allowed. This was our second visit. Everything was fine until I couldn't find my 4 year old son. He was last at the lazy river with his father. When I was alerted that he was missing, I went to the river to alert the staff. The girl that I was trying to get to assist me, didn't help at all. She instead walked away from me on numerous occasions while shrugging her shoulders, with no care or concern. The orange staff were prompt with sending an alert but the head manager on staff with blonde hair was not sympathetic to my concerns over his employee who didn't help, her not asking for a description, or trying to guide me to the appropriate personnel to assist. I was obviously upset and used "profanity" when I was trying to see what conversation was going to occur with the attendant and what follow up I would receive. He was more concerned with my profanity in an area that is VERY noisy, than his staff walking away in a time of need. I was told their protocol doesn't usually involve a follow-up. I decided to walk away from the conversation because in my opinion he was being condescending when he later asked, "well what follow-up would you like"...I will NEVER come back here off the strength of my 4 year old missing and the manner that it was handled. I will make another formal complaint and hope that they hire staff who aren't biased, care about the families who visit, and offer adequate training. If a family states a child is missing ALL staff should report or guide the family to the appropriate personnel. Shrugging of shoulders and walking off is unacceptable and can result in injury or worse. Do better Wolf Lodge.

On rare occasions, I take the time to leave a review, but this time I felt it was absolutely necessary. I want to give a special shout-out to Lorie, who provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond, making our stay truly memorable, which was especially important as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday.

From the moment I arrived, Lorie took excellent care of us. She made the check-in process seamless, guiding me step-by-step and clearly explaining where our room was located while providing all the necessary details. She also recommended an incredible $175 package that allowed the kids unlimited access to activities like the mirror maze, bowling, mini-golf, and the treetop obstacle course. This package was a hit—my birthday girl and her friends enjoyed the activities over and over, making the day unforgettable.

Lorie’s warm and attentive service set the tone for our entire stay. Thanks to her efforts, we started our visit on the right foot, filled with good vibes and excitement. Thank you, Lorie, for going the extra mile and creating such an unforgettable experience for me and my family. We deeply appreciate how you made my daughter’s birthday celebration so fun and special!

Where do I start? Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge was simply fantastic from beginning to end!

Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a great stay. The water park was the highlight - incredibly cool and so much fun for the kids. They couldn't get enough of it!

While dining and cocktails were a bit pricey, the convenience of not having to leave the resort was worth it. The rooms, though dated, were clean and comfortable. But honestly, we spent so little time in them it hardly mattered.

The Magic Quest & wand activity was brilliant for downtime or in between activities. It kept the kids engaged and excited throughout our stay.

Check-out was as seamless as check-in, and we were impressed by how genuinely happy all the staff seemed to be working there. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience.

Recommendation: If you're staying overnight, definitely purchase the ultimate food and fun package. It's a great value and will save you a ton of money!

Overall, Great Wolf Lodge provided an unforgettable family experience. We can't wait to go back!

This place is wonderful in my kids' eyes but starting to really put money before all else and leave a sour taste in my mouth.

This is our 3rd annual trip here.
* This time, they charged us $15 additional for parking even though we booked an overnight stay.
* Then no one at the lodge on phone or chat could tell us pricing of the nonwaterpark attractions like gold and bowling etc. They all uniformly insisted that we go downstairs to talk to an attraction attendant (translation: we know you're trying to plan your day and manage kids and figure out how to dress them but we insist on making your stay harder because we want you to talk to someone who has been trained in sales techniques to get more money out of you).

I'm going to rethink this annual trip.

We got there on a Friday, check in wasn't until 4 pm, but as soon as we got there at 11am they set us up and gave us our room keys! The room was wonderful! There was so much to do! Our kids were busy and happy the entire time! The restaurants were good, they had bars, plenty of family activities. All in all the best family trip we've been on.

The kids had a marvelous time and the staff really make the trip easy for parents! Everything is linked to your bracelet so you can charge purchases, dining and more without carrying a wallet or purse. The water slides area was kept clean and the lifeguards there take their role seriously (in a good way!). We had a lovely trip and look forward to returning again!
