Grass Valley RV Resort is a great addition to some much needed campgrounds in the area. Other campgrounds need to take note and step up their game to try and compare. Super clean campground. Bathrooms and showers are spotless. Very nice staff. Pretty fancy amenities for camping but a great experience was had by my family! Will definitely come back again.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
RV spots are big and lots of room in between, showers and bathrooms are clean and pool area is wonderful. They even have a pickleball court.
Best part is there is no traffic noise, very peaceful and quiet area.

Grass Valley RV Resort is a total gem! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and well-kept grounds made us feel right at home. The pool was hands down the highlight—clean, refreshing, and just the right size for relaxing. We also loved the dog park; it's spacious and perfect for our huskies to run around and make friends. The whole place is tidy, with plenty of room and great amenities. If you're after a great RV spot with an awesome pool and dog park, Grass Valley RV Resort is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grass Valley RV Park, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This park sets the gold standard for RV accommodations, blending top-notch facilities, modern amenities, and unparalleled service to create a memorable stay.

Facilities: The grounds are immaculately maintained, with spacious, paved, level sites that make setup a breeze. Whether you’re in a big rig or a smaller camper, you’ll appreciate the well-thought-out layout, complete with easy access to full hook-ups, including strong water pressure, reliable electric connections, and fast, consistent Wi-Fi. The restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are spotless and clearly well cared for—you can tell the team here takes pride in every detail.

Amenities: Grass Valley RV Park offers fantastic amenities for both short-term and long-term guests. The picnic areas and communal spaces are perfect for relaxing and socializing, while pet owners will love the clean, well-maintained dog areas and dog wash station. MUST READ! *Note: The address of this resort is in Grass Valley California! There is the EXACT address and Street name in a town not too far away (Lincoln, CA).. The address in Lincoln is a residence!! Also, makes sure you take note on the reservation confirmation NOT to take Auburn road to get there as it is NOT RV friendly. Take Hwy 49 to HWY 20! Safe Travels!

Awesome clean RV Resort. They just opened two months ago and grand opening about a month ago. Beautiful check-in area with friendly faces as soon as you walked in. Nice long space to park the truck and RV as you check in as well. Used the large heated pool and spacious spa. The outdoor firepits in the pool area were very nice! We noticed the sites were promptly attended to as soon as someone left so it would be ready for the next. I don't think there is a bad spot in the place so no worries on trying to decide on a good spot. The bathrooms were super clean as well. We will definitely be back to this resort again!

What a gem 💎 this place is!!! Surrounded by tall trees 🌲, we felt like a part of the nature. 🏞️ Our spot was spacious even with neighbors on both sides. It is brand new, beautifully landscaped, bathrooms and showers super clean. It was a hot Saturday and we spent the whole day swimming. 🏊‍♂️🤿 Kids and adults alike loved the pool - amazing shallow area for lounging and smaller kids is fantastic touch! The hot tub is huge and provides another respite, great for evenings and cooler days. We also had fun playing pickleball, kids rode scooters and bikes around (very safe nice roads). 🚲 There is a BBQ at the clubhouse, laundry, conference room and soon they will have a shop with variety of items. We didn’t bring much food so we ordered a pizza 🍕 delivery, and got hot dogs 🌭 and ice cream 🍦 from a stand that was on site during our visit. Can’t wait to come back in the winter and make this our pit stop for going to the mountains ⛷️ Bravo to the builders!

This is a beautiful RV park that just recently opened, so they're still finishing up projects on site. We were a last minute booking and they had plenty of spaces open and they accepted Passport America discount for our mid-week stay! The reception area is very nice, as was our host. However, I didn't see any merchandise for sale yet - again, very newly opened. We were clued in about malfunctioning shower room door code units and yes, we tried several and they failed to open. We could have contacted staff about it, but we were there only one night, so no biggie. We had a full hookup site anyway. Site was level with nice landscaping. We tried out the pool, which was very refreshing on a hot day. I think there's pickleball too? Location of the park has two great communities nearby: Grass Valley and Nevada City. Both worthy of exploration! We loved this park and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again. Once it's fully completed, it's absolutely 5 stars.

We got to stay here when they opened, showed up the day they opened and stayed for 7 days. This was also during the fair and it was the best to be able to walk across the street to the fair ride some rides with the kids and then head back to the RV park for a nice swim on the high 90 days. The park is extremely clean and they are still wrapping up a few things but the spots are perfect. Plenty of space, nice picnic tables, beautiful clubhouse/office and great pool and spa. Plus the gas fire pits are awesome if you got a little cold swimming in the evening. We will be back each year during fair and plan to come just for a nice weekend. We live fairly local but is still a 20-30min drive so it was worth having the spot and enjoying the week. Wonderful staff as well, very accommodating and made it feel like home.
