Granite has the most caring nurses and C.N.A.s our family has run across. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Our family feels 100% included in our moms care. We know all the staff caring for our mom by face, name and voice as the same people care for her. No matter what day we call or come to see her we know which staff will be there, the consistent staff make mom feel at home every day.

I moved my mother to Granite from another facility in town due to neglect. My mother has had the best care I could ask for since arriving. The Director of Nursing and Administrator are always available to the staff, residents and families.
The staff caring for my mom are consistent and compassionate never having more than 12 residents each.

My grandpa lives here for the last 2 years. He receives amazing care, facility is clean, staff is always available. No odors present. Everyone is smiling and willing to help from housekeepers to the administrator and Director of Nursing. Director of nursing is always at facility no matter day of the week and knows everything about my grandpa's care. Which I can't say about the previous facility he was at where there was never any staff and I still don't know the Director of Nursings name. I would not have grandpa anywhere else in town.

My friend has been in this facility almost 9 months, and instead of getting better, they have progressively gotten worse. On top of the inability to provide the proper therapy they need, they have had numerous personal items stolen from them. After walking through the facility and not seeing any of the items anywhere, inquiries were made, and still no one knows anything. I have read through the Google reviews, and most say about the same thing, as do the replies made by the facility. How deep do the investigations go into finding the truth of what is actually occurring in this facility? Or is it just the standard answer posted by one of the administrators of the facility? And how much of a background check is actually run on the employees that work here? From what I can see, my friend may never leave this facility due to the lack of care given by the staff. If you have anywhere else but here to put a loved one, I suggest going that route. This facility is a joke. You can reply to this review, but I won't read it. I've read them all already. Just fix your facility.

This is a facility that provides the highest level of care for the residents and this is a direct reflection to their administrator and her management team. Concerns are handled head on and are not swept under the rug. When problems are uncovered they are resolved as quickly as possible. The nursing staff is professional and care for their residents as if they were their own family members. Dietary, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance all contribute to the smooth functioning of the building. I highly recommend this facility for short term or long term needs.

My father was taken to this place after being in the hospital. He informed me that when he got there the staff didn't tell him anything about how the place worked and that they were fairly rude. I went to visit the same day. Shortly after I showed up I took my dad to get something to eat since they hadn't served dinner or said when dinner was going to be served. When we returned from getting something to eat I was informed we aren't allowed to do that. It really shows how much the staff doesn't care when they watched us leave the building and only said something when we returned. I could go on but I don't think I need to. Long story short I took my dad out of that place and after seeing some of these other reviews not just the ones on Google I think I made a good call.

The staff at Granite took great care of my Aunt. Everyone was so compassionate and responsive. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and kept the family informed. From the wonderful administration and nurses, to the CNA's as well as housekeeping amd dietary. We appreciate all who cared for her.
Thank you.

My mom was admitted during the first week of April 2024 after a brief hospital stay. At first, just seeing the facilities outwardly, I was leery in wonder of the care she would receive but that worry melted off after interacting with the staff and after hearing my mom speak so highly of those caring for her. She was very happy with the care and services she received. The only complaint she really ever had was that her meals were sometimes cooled off by the time she received them. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant experience at Granite Rehabilitation. All the staff were amazing and we would like to extend a hefty thanks to Darcy, Megan, Jorge, Andrea, Sage, and all the rest of the staff on the 3rd floor, and kitchen staff as well . Thank all of you guys. I have been reminded that we can't judge a book by it's cover.
