We loved staying with Kris. The location is quiet and near a view point you can walk to for sunset overlooking the river. It’s comfortable and safe here with plenty of parking. Kris is a seasoned traveler and was fun to talk to. She’s knowledgeable about travels in Utah which was where we were heading. She’s also a great cook and I enjoyed talking with her about healthful eating. She fixed us a wonderful breakfast tailored to my request for my fussy husband and me. It was delicious and held us most of the day. Kris’s hospitality was a great start to our 3 week roadtrip. We hope to return someday.

Perfect location, host, and breakfast. This was our first Bed and Breakfast and it did not disappoint. Kris is so kind and charming. The room and bathroom are very clean and toiletries/towels/robes were provided. During breakfast, we had time to chat with Kris and it was very nice to chat with a local. She even warned us about the rain.
P.S. Kris, we kayaked Lake Powell and made it to the hike at Antelope Canyon. As we were leaving it rained hard, so perfect timing! Thanks for all your help!

Kris is a fantastic host and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The inn is spotless and she has all the amenities you need. We appreciated her suggestions for nearby tourist attractions. Her inn is so quiet and clean it was by far the best accommodations of our entire vacation. Thank you!

Excellent B&B in Page AZ. Super clean room, spacious and quiet, perfect for a few nights rest while exploring the area. Just one block away from scenic Grandview Overlook (a perfect spot for your morning coffee 🙂
Kris is an amazing host with lots of life experience and good advice. And she makes an excellent breakfast!

Amazing is not enough. Among the accomodations during our 3 weeks round trip in the US the Grandview still ranks #1. If you need THE PLACE to stay in Page you need to come here. A special Golden Globe nomination for the perfect host goes to Kris who makes your stay unforgettable. Fantastic Lady. Some elements in summary: |- The house is beautiful and clean. You feel it as your own house immeditely.|- All facilities are there. I was there with my family including my wife and a 10 years boy. We had a perfect time|- Beds are soooo comfortable |- Breakfast is amazing|- Kris is knowledgable and kind and caring as a mother ||I could go on ... the simplest thing is going there and experience it! Have a good time in Page. Thx Kris and see you next time.

Kris is an extremely warm and welcoming host. The B&B is located in a lovely residential neighborhood within a very short walk to a very picturesque overlook. Her beautiful home is well set up for guests. Our en-suite room was extremely comfortable/clean and well appointed. Kris is a wealth of info about the area and the Navajo culture. Her delicious breakfasts kept us satisfied until dinner! Thank you Kris for adding so much to our time in Page!!

What a lovely place to stay at a very reasonable price ($326 for 2 nights)and a WONDERFUL hostess. This bed and breakfast is located in Chris’s beautifully furnished home. Chris knows so much about the area and can give as much advice as you desire about things to do in Page. She has a wall map right as you walk in which is very helpful. I love how you cannot hear what is going on in other parts of the home. I also love Chris’s patio. I also love that Grandview Overlook is a 5 minute walk. Such beautiful sunsets from there! Chris’s breakfast’s are a culinary delight. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Absolutely amazing! Kris is a brilliant chef. Breakfast was gourmet. Hospitality was above & beyond. She let us borrow chairs to take to a concert. Kris gave us great suggestions to do/ not to do in Page. Would definitely stay again.
Don't waste money at a crappy hotel, stay at the Grandview!
