The smaller venue next to the banquet was freezing cold, the bathrooms are even colder. Not a good place for a winter event. We all had our jackets on.

We recently had a 80th birthday party for my grandma at the Grand terrace. They were amazing at accommodating us and even going the extra mile making sure we had everything we needed for the party! personal was amazing and they are very patient and does it with a smile! I definitely recommend and the next time I have an event, grand terrace will be my choice venue.

The service is great. The venue is amazing. You can’t go wrong your guest will love the environment and hospitality the staff provides you. The food is great!
I also want to give a special thanks to Gabriel the coordinator. He did in amazing job and make sure everything turn out great for us. I can’t ever thank you enough. I’ll be back in 1 year. 😃

Grand Terrace Banquests is a great place to host an event. The place is beautiful, and management is easy to work with. We all had an excellent time, we had a lot of fun. Everyone is very respectful and helpful, you'll enjoy your time here.

Nice place. Beautiful banquet rooms. Had food for sisters' wedding it was delicious. My niece hosted her baby shower, and outside food was allowed. Either way great people.

As guests at a recent wedding, we were enchanted with the venue. It is a lovely combination of rustic and refined, with exposed brick walls, a wooden-beamed ceiling and beautiful crystal chandeliers. The table decor brought the refined down from the ceiling and the giant wooden doors reminded us of an old castle. We were treated well by the waitstaff and bartenders, all very friendly and helpful. The food included items we weren't familiar with, but was delicious nonetheless. Grand Terrace is a gem hiding in plain sight. (And they do have parking-a bonus)

First of all, two people working on serving 80 people!?!The guests had to be serving food by themselves! Insufficient food! Food ran out in not even 35 min. They told us that food was going to be served for one hour.Some people were left hungry. We asked for an extra table and just for that, they wanted to charge us $400 dollars more. The bar closed so early!! In short words, the service was horrible!!! Should hire someone that knows about the business restaurant! People are not been treated equally!! Some people are treated good and some horrible!!!
I don’t recommend it!!!
