I stayed with my partner for one night in April and would definitely come back when visiting the Grand Canyon again. We were in the annex building, not the main hotel. The room was small but clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, with basic amenities (coffee provided, but no microwave or fridge). It looked recently renovated, and the towels and linens felt fresh and new. We checked in after 9 p.m. and were impressed with the efficient kiosk system. The staff was friendly and professional, and we appreciated that they could work safely after dark.
I’ve stayed in another hotel inside the village before, and I actually preferred this one.

A lovely little hotel, with great facilities, and nicely located 30 mins drive from Grand Canyon National Park. Sure, you can get closer in the village, but then the prices rocket up. By contrast, this hotel was a great price, and the room was spacious — easily enough for two adults and two kids. (They also provided a cot/spare fold up bed so our kids didn't need to share a queen size). Friendly, helpful, highly recommended.

Rooms were okay, but nothing special. Walls are thin. The toilet clogged easily. We liked the location's distance from the Grand Canyon. Checking in and out was pretty easy with the kiosk. The food at the Grand Canyon Inn wasn't that good, and the silverware was dirty. Service was good, though. I definitely recommend going to the food trucks or gas station instead.

The restaurant and bar was great. Great food and service. The hotel really needs a update. The rooms need new lights. The lamps didn't work. The room was very dark. The bathroom was very small. A heavy set peson would have a hard time going to the bathroom. The bathroom door was up against the toilet. You had to shut the bathroom to sit down. They would have to sit sideways on toilet. The toilet paper was sooooo thin. We had to use to much. Almost stop the toilet up. It finally went down. I noticed other people were having trouble also. Because I saw a plunger in the hallway. Not a good sign. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It also needs new carpet. Take the bathtub out and put in a shower in may give the bathroom more room!!! I will not stay here again. It was dark and dengue. Thanks, Betty

We stayed for one night before we went to the Grand Canyon. There was no hot water and the shower was barely a trickle. We accidentally left a pair of glasses in the bathroom and when i tried to call the next day, no one answered. I called 8 times that day with no answer. The next day I finally was able to contact someone who told me they would call me back after speaking with house keeping, but i never received a call back. So we decided to leave our vacation and drive back down to speak to someone in person. Only there was no one there to help us as all check ins are done remotely with a kiosk. I gave my name and contact information to a server at the restaurant and he said MAYBE a manager would be there to call me back today. I never received a call. I tried to call myself around 5 with no answer. Would never recommend this place.

GROSS! The sheets do NOT cover the entire mattress! No fitted sheets. They say that's all they have for all of their beds.If you don't mind sharing kooties with all of the previous guests by the feet area then this is the place for you. There was a nasty plunger laying in the hallway a couple doors down from our room from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. Trash all over to greet you on the way in of the bottom entrance of the building we were in. A pubic hair on the shower wall. Coffee pods were 1 reg and 3 decaff..?... no coffee in the lobby. In fact, really no lobby. The swimming pool/jacuzzi is advertised but isn't accessible, it's got a lot of GREEN algae. Swimsuits packed in vain. Maria said Sam, the manager, would call me because I wanted to cancel and refund my 2nd night. I wasn't putting myself through two nights of this. They refuse to refund because it is not 48 hour notice. They don't take any responsibility in making sure the facility is up to par in any way. I highly recommend going to a hotel a little further away into Williams such as LaQuinta or something for a decent stay.

Charming and Cozy Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this small but delightful hotel. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy room that was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The hotel’s restaurant was a hidden gem—delicious food, great service, and a lovely ambiance. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat!

If you’re looking for a charming and intimate place to stay with excellent service and dining, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

Below average room without onsite support after hours. Office hours are after 7am. Hard to use the only microwave on site (in the lobby) when the staff shows up after 7am. There is a computer kiosk supported by someone overseas, most likely from India, unique concept but not very helpful. When I asked for new box of tissue the staff said she didn't have any and just use the toilet paper. I said the toilet paper is also low. What happens when they are both out, guess she would suggest just use your hands. What the heck! She reluctantly handed me a box from a shelve full of tissues (2 stacks high). On day 2 the room cards were deactivated so I had to get new ones. This was toward the end of my road trip (36/37 days out of 44 days) and I would not want to repeat this experience. Next time I would either stay in Williams or Tusayan.
