I was in need of at least a size 3X in Women's shirts & pants but there was nothing beyond 2X. The only way to find the occasional 3X here or there was going through them one at a time. I've not the patience nor time. The whole store is laid out poorly, but especially the clothing with the sizing a confusing mess.

I went ahead & browsed the rest of the store. There was a loveseat that caught my eye but the man sitting on it playing with his phone made it difficult to see the price & he wasn't very cooperative. The woman sitting on a desk chair positioned in front of the other side of it was at least able to guess at the price for me.

I haven't been a fan of Goodwill for years, but decided to give this newer location a try. However, after such a disappointing experience I don't need to return to any.

Probably the worst one I have been to from here to AZ. They definitely don’t like receiving donations with the way they fight the process, god forbid you walk up to them with a box of items while they are unloading a car that has 20 to my one box worth. Better off throwing stuff in the trash than wasting the gas to donate here.

After waiting in line to donate my items today, a gentleman came out pushing a 4 wheeled cart. As I opened my car door and began heading to the tailgate, the gentleman told me, “ma’am you have to unload your own boxes. We are no longer allowed to do that.” As I was unloading, I sarcastically asked, “So, they pay you to just push the cart?” “Yes ma’am. Too many injuries. I miss the days when we were able to help unload. They won’t even allow us to help move furniture.” Where’s DOGE when you need them. 🤣

I read the reviews others have written about this Goodwill and was appalled by a number of the negative comments. Some of the complaints were completely unfounded. I brought six heavy boxes to donate and then shopped. I was politely informed that the gentleman who came out with the cart could not unload my donations. I know that this is their policy and they have good reason for it. All employees were kind, courteous and respectful. The prices were very reasonable. I came away with three pairs of jeans for $15 that would have cost me over $200 new. I had to do some digging to find the sizes I needed but that was fine for that kind of a bargain I will dig. All of you who complained for frivolous reasons with no understanding should educate yourselves and perhaps have a better attitude. I had a great experience and really felt I'd gotten plenty of value for my dollar.

I Enjoy this specific location very much. I've found some pretty neat items. Easily the best staffed GW in town. They are quite friendly and treat everyone like someone. The tall guy in the back is hilarious.

My recent experience at this Goodwill store, raised significant concerns regarding their operational standards. The store displayed a clear lack of organization and maintenance, making it challenging to locate items. Furthermore, I observed that some staff members were rude and exhibited unprofessional behavior, which is inconsistent with Goodwill's stated values of service and integrity. The manager seemed indifferent and did not appear to care about addressing these issues.
Issues related to pricing discrepancies also indicate a potential lapse in proper business practices. When I sought assistance from a male staff, their responses were not only unhelpful but also rude.
Given that Goodwill is a charitable organization, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. I urge the management to address these issues promptly to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, thereby improving the overall shopping experience for future customers.

My favorite Goodwill store in the Sioux Falls area is the one near 41st & Sycamore! They have reasonably priced t-shirts and kid's clothing. They also have nice employees. The decorations for your house are almost always high quality.

I just got four large bags worth of clothes and toys for 5 kids for a little over $150.
