I so love this place , and hands down, GoodSideCoffee is making the best coffee in town. So much love and professionalism in every aspect of their way of running the business.
I had to relocate my work place for a month, and desperately missed my cappuccino ❤️.
So glad to be back and be able to enjoy it again.☺️

Nice modern coffee shop in a loft style. A lot of light inside and a bit loud music (to consider if you want to have a chitchat there). Coffee is really good. Not much pastry though.. and two kinds of sandwiches in the menu

The coffee they use is extremely good. Large open space. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good place to do some work online. Staff is super friendly and professional. Very pleasant and easy going atmosphere. Not a lot of food choices.

I was in the downtown area and we looking for a coffee shop, but I wasn’t sure where to go to as there are a lot of them here. I did a quick yelp search, seen this one and I decided to try it. There is plenty of parking around the street so that isn’t bad. As you walk inside it is very spacious and they’re also some chairs outside too. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees. I ordered a normal hot coffee. The only thing that I disliked about it was that they don’t have a station where you can put your own things in the coffee they do it for you. The hot coffee wasn’t anything special. I’ve had much better coffees at some gas stations. I’d probably go back to try one of their other drinks but not for the hot coffee.

A lovely cafe in midtown with wonderful coffee. My friend and I decided to visit local coffee shops and work from one of them and this was the perfect spot for us. Will definitely be coming back! Added a picture of their most recent winter menu

The customer service of the owner makes me never want to come here again. He ruined my entire visit with his snarky attitude. He would never talk to a white woman like that... You know when you walk in somewhere and you can feel the hostility

I have never had a bad experience until today. I came in very friendly saying good morning and he did not wish to greet me. I asked to add butter to my breakfast sandwich called "The New Yorker." This sandwich was comprised of a bagel. I was told we don't make modifications to breakfast sandwiches even though I only asked for butter...on a bagel. If his delivery was better I wouldn't have taken it personally. I went on to tell him other people did this for me before and he said "Well they shouldn't have. we don't do that you would have to order the item on the menu that says buttered bagel." "No, you can't pay extra we don't do that"

Pretty good espresso tonic and nice space to work on a laptop. I kind of wish they didn't mix the drink, but it's nothing bad.

Goodside Coffee is one of the coolest, if not, the best coffee shops that I’ve visited here in Sacramento. I love the decor and the vibe that they provide honestly. Big shoutout to Ale for making us feel so welcome especially because I was in town for the California All-State Music Educators Conference, also known as CASMEC. Big kudos go to y’all!

I got their vanilla latte with quad shots (yeah, I know, I was quite intense for getting four shots on two hours of sleep) - but the coffee aftertaste was CRISP and LINGERING. The butter jam toast that I got was really sweet and the melted butter texture was JUST right!

I’d definitely give this place a try once more if you’re thinking about visiting Sacramento and don’t know which local business to support — it’s worth it!
