I booked an appointment for me and my mother at 10 am. When I showed up, they were confused about my appointment. Only one person spoke English ( I’m not even trying to be racist) they didn’t understand I had an appointment, so I showed them a screenshot of my appointment on my account. This was my first time going to them and I wasn’t pleased. They claimed they were waiting on another person, who could give me and my mother a message. I had to speak through a translator for them to understand me. This was the worst message I ever had, the man who did it was extremely rough. The whole message was terrible and hurt extremely badly. I asked him to be gentle, not rough. And after the service, it was time to pay and the total came out to $120 which I was fine with. I asked him can I get him a $10 tip, and he insisted laughed, and said “ No give me $15 “ he kept pressuring me to give him $15 and evening tried to write it down on a piece of paper and then went say “ $10 is not enough “ while rolling his eyes. Are you kidding me, I work hard for my money, already paid $120 And you want more money from me. I have bills to pay too, I’m not going be return back to this place. And please don’t get upset if your customers choose or choose not to give you a tip. Tipping is not a requirement.

Very rough with the massage. They literally kneel on the table next to you to be able to apply pressure and the first push down I swear he cracked my rib. Very painful and I love a strong deep massage. This was definitely extreme

Anna was great!
She took her time and did not rush through the massage! The pressure was perfect, and she even walked on my back, which was amazing!

Came in today for a Groupon Voucher couples massage on Valentines day purchased and booked 1 week ago. They claimed they didn't know anything about the Groupon ad. When I showed them the ad CURRENTLY STILL RUNNING, the actual printed voucher and on the Groupon app that I had purchased it they had no idea how to redeem it and kept asking for a coupon code. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The man barely spoke English and ruined our Valentines Day!!!! I rely heavily on reviews and if I could rate it ZERO stars I WOULD!
