Before going there, I read the reviews, some reviews were negative, saying that the ladies who were doing massage had long nails and they were fighting for lower tips. I took my Mom for massage cause she had lower back and leg pain, None of the ladies I met had long nails, no one even asked about the tip, they were very nice and helpful, Mom loved the massage, she felt pain relief. The lady was using some kind of oil and did amazing job , 5 stars from me, I highly recommend them, will go there again 😊

Worst place and message ever. I never should have went here. I want a refund. This lady bruised me and made my pain worse. Not only that I told my fiance to scratch my back and he lifted my shirt and asked what happened to me? Like if someone was abusing me or I got a bad rash from this place. I need to speak to the owner of this place and want a refund. Not only did I give the lady 20 dollar tip but she was telling me what she didn't have time for so it wasn't really a full body message. DON'T GO HERE....I WILL NOT STOP POSTING BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED

This is my first time here but to my surprise the staff were really friendly and kind. You get a high quality massage here and the inside is very tidy and clean. I highly recommend, this was one of my best experiences.

Asked how much a Deep tissue massage was and she said $50 and once the massage started they said it was another $10 So I said nevermind just do a Swedish And while doing the massage her nails were long and kept scratching me, then someone came in And she left the massage 20 minutes before and someone came in and just gave me the worst last 20 minutes and when I tipped they said ur giving to little, people tip more when they get an hour massage. Will never go back again!!!

One of the worse place to be. It is a waste of money and they don't do massage as they claim to be. They charge $45 and ask you to add more money on top of the tip if you need proper massage (stupid asses). I had to give the tip and leave in 35 minutes instead of one hour. I don't know if all do the same or the one I got (her name Lucy). To give one star rating is a big favor as they deserve half a star if not zero

I had really good 30-minute back and neck massage from Zasima (Anglicized spelling?). The receptionist said if I decided to get 30 minutes more to let the girl know. Once I decided she was a good masseuse, I asked for a full hour and was told I should have let her know earlier because she had another appointment. How did she know that without leaving the room? Even though she had another appointment, she waited plenty long for me while I put my shoes back on for me to give her a tip. After giving her a tip, I asked to see the receptionist and she said she was not available goodbye. Good massage, but very odd interactions. I dropped in on a whim after visiting Peet’s Coffee & Tea across the street.

Lady ask me to not come back because I gave her colleague $25 tip for 90 minutes massage. These women asked for $40 tips. They are insane. I am not coming back here.

So Ive been goin here for a massage for a while especially since i hv a neck n back issue constantly bothering me. Tonight i went, lady at frt desk took my $100 pmnt and waljed me to my room. She sd she'll be rt back with my change but she never did. After we were all done, im asking for my change and all hell broke loose. She swore she already gave it ro me, without my permission, she started going through all my pockets, spilled all my papers and receipts all over the floor, started arguing and just kept getting worse. She described exactly what bills she gave me, i think she gave my change to someone else. I sd to count the drawer, she sd she already did, really? That fast? Lol, then she says there's cameras. I said pls rewind and play it and you'll see you never came to my room. But she kept arguing. Finally i told her ro call the police cos i will not be called liar or be accused of stuff......
The service is getting bad and the ladies dont do a thorough job anymore. They dont even do yr head, neck, feet in a full body massage like other places. They just do your back and wana talk you into a happy ending for more money. This was my worst experience here and Im not going back. I dont appreciate that behavior. Someone is losing her memory. ...
